The hidden gem of Baker City, OR. The cheese shop is truly beyond words. I drove 2 hours each way just to pick up a cheese sampler. Ended up getting two since there were so many yummie cheeses to pick from.

Tasting room for local wine made in Baker County by Travis Cook and his family runs the winery and his sister Cody serves up cheese. I love the Merlot and the sparkling white wine on tap! Great service and atmosphere!

Copper Belt Winery and tasting room are a wonderful place in the heart of Baker County! Travis the winemaker is a great source to learn wine from and the atmosphere at the tasting room is fun and inviting. Its a must stop as you travel through Eastern Oregon!

Great wine! My favorite wine tasting experience has always been the Columbia River Gorge, but now I have a winery of that caliber, with a great variety, in my own backyard. Their pinot noir rivals anything tasted at a winery in the Willamette Valley.

The Ranchers Red is a very solid table red. Stopped for a tasting and left with a few bottles. Super friendly staff as well.
