Rude manager. Sat behind desk playing on her phone or computer and ignored customers. The young men working were very helpful and friendly.

Purchased a couch and loveseat a year ago and from day 1 it started falling apart... a year later it’s torn in the seem and they will do nothing about it. Staff was extremely rude, not helpful and pretty much could care less. Will never shop there again and don’t recommend it to anyone. I would love to educate them on customer service and a good retirement plan because none of them should be working.

The salesman was very nice giving me the room to shop. However, after I had bought and paid for a mattress out of the “dings and dents” section and had gotten it home in my Honda and found that it was not the right size. I called the store and was told that I had to talk to a specific person (whom I assume is the store manager) the next day I called and spoke with her. She was very curt and rude towards me even after I made it clear that I just wanted to exchange for the other mattress that was in the same section. I even had to say that I was willing to trade for the one I wanted straight across (even though it was $50 less in price). I put the original mattress back in the plastic and delivered it back to the store with the help of my friend and her truck. When I arrived and went in to do the exchange I was told that the original mattress “better be back in the plastic”.I found the management to be very rude and inconsiderate. The only reason for the second star was for the deliver driver who helped me unload the unwanted mattress and load the other one. I will not be purchasing anything from this location again after this experience.
