Friendly staff, super easy to get to.located right off the exit at Baker city from I-84, .. not a great selection however, of stock, which is why it only gets 3 stars. Worth checking out if you got the time to look through, they usually have some great finds on stuff that the Albertsons and Safeway do not.

We enjoyed the choices in this particular store and the sales items near the front.

They always have fun new foods and ingredients.

I love Grocery Outlet! Independently owned franchises! Great stock they always have and always a wide selection of exotic items.

The only thing that made my visit a good one, was the amazing cashier. I didnt catch his name but he was absolutely fantastic. He made me feel totally comfortable and welcome. The other employees, on the other hand, not one of them smiled. The girl stocking the cereal, sighed really loud and looked at me like she wanted me dead, when I tried to take something off the shelf. Needless to say, after that encounter, I got the hell out of there.

I love having a store that doesnt make you juggle coupons and online ads to get a fair price in town. Just come in and walk out with your savings!The selection is a little different from other stores, but everything is a great value. Staff is friendly and helpful, and Ive never had to wait in line long on the way out. This is shopping done right!

We were traveling through the middle of nowhere with a huge herd of our rowdy offspring and stopped to resupply our provisions. While checking out, we were greeted by the most delightful cashier that went by Mr. Wild. He entertained and distracted our lovely, yet admittedly obnoxious, children with animal trivia. Just wanted to give him a shout-out!

Doesnt seem that this location will credit deposits back. No I was wrong, just have to give your cans and bottles to an employee who processes the deposits. Very clean store with some exceptional deals to find.

The store is clean, well stocked items, staff is nice and friendly. So much better than Ontario.

The cashiers need to get a heads up on how to use the coupons on the emails that grocery outlet sends us. Other than that its one of my favorite stores but its frustrating for them not to know how to utilize the coupon and call some help and the help doesnt even know.

This place has some unique food items that I dont see elsewhere. They stock different organic and health foods items. Produce is sometimes a bit sad looking but all the fruit I have purchased was tasty.

Quite a varied selection of items. Just shop around. There are some really good prices on jerky, cereals, and condiments specifically. Worth the trip for those things. They also have cleaning supplies, pet food, and health and beauty items. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Very fun experience here! Very helpful employees. Re-stocked our RV with items we dont usually have access to. Cashier recommended we visit the Oregon Trail interpretive Center which we spent 4 hours touring! So pleasant to meet up with the locals

Very nice relatively good assortment of products. Dirt lot immediately adjacent for truck parking. Lets make sure to return carts and not dump trash . Would hate to see another truck friendly location closed due to lack of courtesy and respect.

Nice selection of groceries pretty good prices a pretty typical Grocery Outlet. Extremely excited to have a different store in Baker City to shopping thats not monopolized by Albertsons / Safeway company.Staffs polite and easy going. They seem to have a good understanding of what they need to do in all that good stuff for just opening the store so its good to see. Location is a bit out of way from the normal Drive in Baker but all in all maybe itll bring more Revenue to that side of town.

Excellent Grand Opening! Management and Check Out great. Owner-Operator greeted us as we waited in line to enter store. Later his Father even assisted me to my car as the parking lot & sidelot were full and I was parked a distance out by gas station shop. Thank you all for a good experience.

I don’t know why everyone in town loves this new store. Prices are mediocre. The grocery outlet has better product and cheaper prices in La Grande/Island City. Owner is a total jerk. He used to manage several of the Safeway’s in the area. He tries to act like he knows so much better then you. When will we get a grocery store that isn’t owned by a bunch of greedy people!!!!!😤😤😤😤😤😤
