Memory was very helpful and quick. I had two separate Agreements made up and paid off my bill as well. All of this was accomplished in about 30 minutes. The guys had my recliner delivered the same day and even before my husband was home from work so the Fatherβs Day surprise was met.π Never had any issues with the Customer Service from this location. My Twin bunk beds came with everything I needed to build them with instructions my 15 year old could read and help me put together it was simple as 1,2,3π I recommend this location to anyone.
Delivered furniture with cockroaches, use to be great customer service but that has been going down hill rapidly.i have furnished my whole house here and its always been great.except for the time they brought out a loaner refrigerator and it was infested with roaches.of course they took care of me pretty good(could have done better).however since my paydays have changed the manager said he will work with me.and they have up until recently.like I said 2 months ago it would have been 5 stars,but now 0.its unfortanate.i have paid off several items there and have several I am still paying on but I will never use them again unless they go back to great customer service like they use to have.there is other problems but typing is not my thing.moral of the story I do not recommend this place.
So heres my story with rent a center. My sister and I visited their store on the 11th of this month, extremely exited by the way due to the fact I have rented and paid off over 4000 dollars worth of merchandise and already knowing what I wanted. From the time we entered the store we were treated like random people off the street. Rushed me through with a series of Nos then asked for a processing fee snatching up the aoplication and telling me ok we will get it today theres others ahead of you. Which is fine but not only did they never call one single reference on my app they lied to me telling me what i was purchasing was brand new. After getting home I went over my lease and it had been previously owned. So they were gonna charge me full price for a new item that was used. 3 days later still nothing. I finally called and said cancel my app im no longer interested. Any good or decent business would of tried fixing it or at least wonder why. So needless to say im sad and disappointed.
We rented from here we did most of it from computer and phone we just needed to come in to established proof of somethings you will need SSI and valid ID to rent and references

Marlein a Hispanic Lady has bad customer service. Very disrespectful to the customer. Threaten to call the police on the customers claiming they threatening her.
Very bad service The employees go in the back and start talking instead of helping you and they make you wait a long time then pass other people in front of you I would never recommend the story to anybody.
