Didn’t fix all the damages the first time. Had to take the car back a second time. I hate having to deal with Katrina she’s very unprofessional. I would never recommend this business.

Very accommodating and really good service. Our SUV part was ordered and received in a timely manner and work was done in two days once the part was in. Our car turned out really good. Family owed and been in Bakersfield for a long time which has to count for something, thank you David who assisted us all the way through!

I had my truck’s tailgate got stolen last week 😏,I dropped off my truck last week at Caliber body shop to get it replaced,it was easy process took me literally 15 minutes!!

Took my 2015 Dodge Journey in for a hit n run repair at a parking lot. They did an excellent job i explained to Carlos how picky I was so they knew what expectations needed to be met I made sure to record the car at drop off and pointed out the minor defects currently on the paint. They fixed the repair of the accident and match the paint perfectly, which was a difficult color to match Redline pearl.Excellent job guys turn around was about two weeks would highly recommend and wish this business the best. They need to make sure when fixing a car and then putting it back together...to make sure ALL PARTS are back on before giving it back to the owner....service could improve when calling the owner back when they left them a message

Great Service and easy to work with. They took care of me on my first visit. The second time I used them, my wife had backed up into a car and dented a bumper. I sent them here and they took excellent care of the person. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This place is suppose to fix bodywork not cause damage to the body. Their workers are careless, so youll end up with a car with some dents on doors and scratches by the time the work is finished. The finger pointing also needs to stop and evaluate the workers if they are doing their job CAREFULLY AND CORRECTLY. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone if they want a quality work and care done to their car.

Overall great service. My vehicle was broken into and Bakersfield Auto Body assessed and repaired ALL of the damage. Several parts were on back order, but they communicated the delays as quickly as possible.

Brought my SUV after another shop we wont name, but its name is an American bird with sons, at the end and the WILL brag how they have been open 70+ years, anyhow the unnamed body shop had my car 3 separate times and still never fixed my car correctly and every misstake They made seemed to be my fault??¿¿¿ So finally I went to Bakersfield Auto Body and oh boy this should have been my first stop I was Greated by the very not stuck up ladies at the very clean well ordered inviting office, they offered water / coffee and pastries. After that Dave Daugherty Came and introduced himself and we went out to check out My damage and this Man knows his stuff and is extremely well understanding and comforting at putting a mind at ease at this stressful time. I am THE pickiest person I know about my car and Dave assured me w confidence Everything would be taken care of and WOW was i impressed could not have looked ANY better they went above and beyond couldnt be happier. Long Long story short, VERY stressful situation that was made stress free By Dave and staff I would recomend Bakersfield Auto Body to anyone. Once again Big Big Thank You to Dave Daugherty for his time his understanding making sure my car was perfect,and not making me feel at fault...take note other body shops.

Thorough in the visual inspection of the vehicle, an making estimate realistic and complete in comparison to other body shops. Perhaps more to follow on getting it fixed at a later date on this experience as we progress,,,

Im getting really sick of coming back and forth just to have something fixed, then find another damage caused by a lousy employee. Thats time and money going to waste because Ill have to rent a car due to their carelessness. Scratches are fine but dents on doors on the day I get my car back? I mean, this is a body shop that fixes those things ...not cause them, right?

Took about an hour to pick up my car being the only person there. After all that cant even put air in the tire plus the manager has the nerve to give attitude after being slow.. 0 stars.

All to often people take the time to write the bad and not the good. Well I want to make sure everyone I come in contact with knows about Bakersfield Auto Body and their terrific staff. In all my years in business I have never been so pleased with the service as well as the office staff. First, my Insurance Company reccommended them so I thought lets give it a try. Then I found out from Bakersfield Auto Body that it doesnt matter what insurance you have the warranty they offer is the same. Even if you arent using your insurance they still offer the same lifetime warranty. I was surprised to hear that. Then I was very pleasantly greated by a very friendly and caring receptionist. The estimator, David was fantastic, he explained the process in a a way I could understand. David stayed in touch with me as well as my insurance to make the entire situation seem to go away. He is terrific. My car looks like new again. I cant tell where the damage was. Its beautiful. Thank you to the entire team at Bakersfield Auto Body Im sure the owner is very proud of you all....
