Great shop. I have used them a few times now. Straightforward estimates with solid return times. I am very happy with the quality of work.

Car was wrecked and we took it to San Joaquin Collision. Customer service was great and the repairs were perfect! They stayed in touch with the insurance company and kept us up to date on repairs. Hopefully I do not need their services again but if you are looking for a good collision repair place....this is the place to go.

My car had been stolen, and when it was recovered there was damage. San Joaquin Collision workers were rude and incompetent, and they treated my car poorly. Upon leaving, I had my car moved to a different shop as quickly as possible for the repairs. I wouldnt trust this shop with Hot Wheels.

They did an amazing job on my car. My car was keyed down the entire side and they matched it perfectly. Beyond happy with the results and they kept their word on when the car would be done. Only reason I’m not rating 5 stars is because although the staff was nice, I felt kind of out of the loop and I wasn’t really talked to about much. They just took the keys, fixed it, gave it back. Works for me 🤷🏼‍♀️

Worst paint job . owner gives life time warrant but refused to make it right when i took my car back with cracked paint on roof for 3rd time. Blamed it on bad GM meterials. Very shady owner!

I could not believe the way I was treated I had work done on my car 6Months ago and the pain job they did is already coming off and the bought a used red door and painted it black plus the work they dhad to take off the front bumper off and now the bumper is falling off and the door lock guard is falling off as well and they told me there not going to cover any of there work they are liers about 100% life time warranty

San Juaquin has been our go to place for many years, for body repair. This time they could not fix our auto because it had already been repaired the wrong way, by someone else!! We thank them for their concern.

Brought my 2017 Tacoma in for passenger front molding/bumper repair after being backed into. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner but theres a definitely a lack of quality control when putting a vehicle back to its original form. One would think to look at the driver side and mirror that but NO! I will certainly use another facility in the future should it arise!

Paint job is nowhere near as good as oem. It’s not even shiny, looks like they didn’t even bother adding enough clear or sanding/buffing the paint after. It’s all full and is an eyesore compared to the rest of the car. Even then there are some smudges from the paint that stand out even more. Only went to this place due to geico but apart from that I’d take business elsewhere.

Very disappointed in the quality of work. Bubbling in paint after 2 years. Can see the bondo in the other area of repair. Not sure how this place has such good reviews. Maybe they just stopped caring. Now i need to pay to have it redone somewhere else. Avoid or make sure you get a guarantee on the work done.. INSPECT THOROUGHLY.

I have had a few experiences with this company. Everyone is always patient and kind. The calibur of work is outstanding. My car looked brand new and they did a great job on cleaning it up. I am taking something in again this week and I am confident I will be happy with the results.

Hello:My experience here was unpleasant. The moment I walked in I was instantly treated badly; the lady at the left side of the counter conversed with me in a condescending tone. I continued to keep my cool and from walking out. I was confused because I wanted to give them my business; furthermore, I was disgruntled from my car accident and instead of feeling welcomed she made me feel judged and unwanted. She belittled me in front of her co worker Allan by sarcastically pointing out my ignorance in filing claims. The estimate I was given from San Joaquin came out $1,232.86 more than there competitor down the street. I will be gladly taking my business to Neiras Collision Centers Inc. Neiras body shop was clean,organized and aesthetically pleasing and I was given a great customer experience. A simple conversation or attitude can drastically change the outcome of your business. My advice to this company is that you need to have a conversation with your employees on how to treat people especially people that are giving their money. We live in the Information age where post like this can make or break a company. In the photos section of the company I have posted pictures of the estimates and employee to look out for.

Wasn’t pleased with what the mechanic said to me... very unprofessional. He didn’t want to bother fixing my car just because it was salvaged title. He told me it would ruin his reputation if he would to work on my car. It felt like I was discriminated for being a woman with her child trying to fix her car. It was an hour drive to get this location and to get this type of response was very disappointing.

AT James Millinger..How can you give a bad review when the shop clearly did not do repairs on your car???It was an inspection and the car had old prior damages you were trying to get covered on someone elses dime.Not cool.

Worst shop ever. Brought our Acura TSX in for an estimate after a small front end incident. They kept the car for 5.5 hours then called my wife and very rudely told her this is old damage and argued the fact that it was caused from the incident. We were paying cash after three estimates showed damage they claim there was none. When asked for theyre bar number I was told good luck and hung up on

They did a good job but receptionist is awful. She is not well informed, bad attitude and she was o her cell phone instead of working.

Best shop in town. Honesty, Integrity, Quality, Customer Service second to none.
