I do NOT recommend this place. The bald headed gypsy looking man, with one hoop earring, Javier, gives the price they pay for the glass, as a quote, over the phone, then charges a different price, in person. The price they give over the phone, is just to get people in there. Bait and switch!

This place gots the best price in town to fix a cracked windshield or to replace people are very helpful and treat you good

No one likes getting broken into, however, 1 stop auto glass made my window replacement super easy. Not only were they able to get me in first thing on a Saturday, they were also by far the lowest quoted replacement cost in Bakersfield (trust me I called everywhere) and they stuck to their quote. Sure it took a bit longer than what Id hoped but oh well it was worth it, extremely satisfied with the replacement and the cost.

First off 2 stars is being generous. I took my car in for an electrical problem with my rear passenger window. They had to order the part which is understandable but when it finally comes in and I drop my car off to be repaired, they call me 3 hrs later to tell me they’ve ordered the wrong part, (they told me it would take an hour) seriously it’s your job to know before I drop off my car if you have the right part!!! I have stuff to do with my car! So they have to order my part again and again I must wait!! It’s been a week and a half now, I turned my car in today being a Wednesday and I dropped my car off at 10:30, it’s now 2:00 and my car is still not ready. What the heck, worst customer service, the people like to blame each other, take their sweet time and are pissing me off. It’s my only vehicle and all I wanted was the damn window fixed. I asked for too much apparently. How much does anyone wanna bet they still charge me the same amount for service?? Never going back and will never recommend.

Great prices and Javier and the staff are all very friendly. Only giving it 4 stars due to... my rear windshield took a total of 3 hrs to install. If they had told me sooner they were having problems retrieving the window from the warehouse I would have had some one pick me up instead of waiting. Something they had no control over, but sometimes communication is key.

Friendly staff over there and when i went in to repair my review mirror; i was also very impressed with their set up inside. I was able to do my smog check at the same time . They even have a post office in there! I did all thee above without even driving off the lot.....

Got my car broken into at my work. So I googled glass repair and this shop came up. Looked at the reviews so I called and they ordered it for me the man I talk to on the phone was very nice and when I went in they where so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I recommend them 100%

Called around Bakersfield for a windshield by far they were the cheapest. This is my third time using them I highly recommend it anyone. Give them a call and ask for Nancy she is really great.
