They were very good to me. I had some major tire issues. They put 2 used tires on for me so I could make it to Fresno with my grandkids safely. I had factory defective tires on from another dealer in Fresno but I wished I would have gone through them to begin with. They sure earned my respect and I plan on doing business with them in the future. Thanks guys. I made it safely to the airport and back home. Havent resolved my issue with previous company yet but were working on it.

Anytime Ive ever had to replace tires or get my brakes worked on Ive come to American Tire Depot. They are honest, have a large inventory and can always take me the same day I call. No waiting. Today was no exception. When my dealership never returned my calls, I got right in and got a bargain on my purchase too! This is my go to shop for excellent service.

Came in today at 11am for a simple easy oil change ( I brought my own oil & oil filter) I was promised 1hr wait time its now 1:45pm. 3hrs later and my vehicle has not been serviced this will be my last time at this facility. Why promise a certain time if its not gonna happen a simple oil change drain and fill shouldnt take more than 10mins Ive worked in the oil changing business.

The manager Eric was very helpful he gave me a great deal and he went above and beyond to help me turn off some warning lights in my car, hes pretty sharp dude. Great place I will go back for All My Tires. !

Let me start by saying this was by far the worst experience at any establishment by a long shot. After calling around the prices were the deciding factor to drive down to Bakersfield from Tehachapi, about a 45 min drive. Upon arriving the place was semi clean and the counter person was reasonable with info and initial service. They waited about 10 min to pull my Ram 2500 truck into the service bay which I feel is also a reasonable amount of time to wait, this is where everything went down hill. After about 20min of what looked like very little progress on my truck someone pulled in with a trailer that had a flat and the one person that was working on my truck pulled off along with one other person to promptly make the repair to the trailer tire while mine sat waiting, I believe there was a total of three guys working at this time of the day. Shortly after the trailer was completed with little to nothing moving forward on my vehicle a Car pulled in selling fireworks which pulled all of the workers attention away from ALL work being done on any vehicle at that time. So after the delays we had been waiting just over 1.5HR to have the 4 tires replaced, I was also having an oil change done, they moved the truck into the bay to perform the oil change and I waited another 45min give or take. So after taking more than two hrs to have this work completed I notice that not one of the tires had the same amount of air pressure reading on my dash display, I’m not happy at this point but with no time left for me or the shop to correct this as they were closing I had to leave not very happy. Fast forward to around 12am that night to my wife waking me up to tell me that my truck was leaking oil, no it wasn’t leaking but the amount of oil the left covered on everything from draining the oil was dripping off the axle and undercarriage. recently I had the oil changed again since they did this to discover they didn’t even put the hose clamp back in place for my Turbo oil return line, thank goodness that didn’t blow off causing a catastrophic loss of oil pressure to my turbo unit!!!! Also the tires were never properly balanced and I had to have them redone in town shortly after having the new tires installed to quote the local tire shop when I asked if they were in fact out of balance they said “yeah the tires were wrecked”. I made a appointment three times already starting at 10:30 am . They always take along time to get to your car into the shop and don’t do There job fast and accurate. This place is my least recommended for quick services for the reason of someone comes in needing more service they will skip ahead of your spot and wait on yours. It overall isn’t run well, employees are always slacking off !

I had a great experience today. The manager helped me over the phone and it did take a while to get my car finished, but they were very busy. The total ended up being less than when I got there. I’m very happy and will return to get more tires when I can.

Had an appointment at 8 when shop opens the shop manager didnt arrive until 815. My cars tires werent changed until 930. I didnt get out of the shop until 1015. No apology for the wait. Staff is friendly but needs to work on the on time service.

This shop is probably the very worst there could be! I bought 4 new tires for my car at a nice price, BUT thats were the good ended. I came back to have my tires rotated. I had made an appointment and my car was serviced after waiting 30 minutes past the appointment time. After waiting I was then told that I had 3 severed lug studs on 2 of my front tires. They said they would pay for new lugs and replace them since they were the last ones that had touched the tires. This took over 2 1/2 hours!Fast forward to my next appointment to rotate the tires. After waiting an hour for service, I asked how much longer a wait? The man told me there was 1 car ahead of mine. I had another appointment elsewhere and couldnt wait any longer. I then asked, why make appointments when you havent kept on schedule for any of mine. I was told, its like the doctors office you just have to wait. NOT!!!I then called the corporate office to complain about the problem. I was told I had to contact the district manager and was given his phone number. I called the number and received the managers voicemail. I left a message with my name and phone number. To date, absolutely no one has returned my call. I will try calling one more time.Stay away from this shop! You might get a great price on tires but, customer service is non-existent with this business! Couple that with unsafe work on my tires, its a very bad and dangerous situation. Look elsewhere for tires or work for your transportation! This place could care less about anything except selling tires! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Another stellar performance by Eric & the team at American Tire Depot! Some vital components to my vehicle had been stolen. Unaware of this, I brought my vehicle into the shop to diagnose the resulting problem and the team notified me of the theft. They were very compassionate regarding the situation. Eric did not charge me for any labor costs in order to do the repairs and had my vehicle ready in perfect working condition the next day. I bring all my vehicles here. The service is great. The employees are friendly, which means they love what the do and it shows in their customer service. Eric is always a pleasure to interact with. This place is usually busy, but they are very attentive to the customer, no rush conversation. The mechanics know their job and Ive never had a complaint. They make sure their customers are satisfied before finalizing the paperwork.

When I called this morning and spoke with Eric the Manager, he said 3pm would be a fine time to bring my car in. When I got there, though, they were slammed and down an employee. He had to answer the constantly ringing phone AND handle customers AND check and pull up stock, yet never lost his composure and maintained a great attitude. My car was done in about an hour, and I was so impressed with his skills and those of his crew, I went out and got them 2 cases of soda, cups, and ice, to help fight the 90+:degree late afternoon temperature. Very positive visit today, for sure!

This place is great. Most the guys there are cool. There is one guy there thats puffin on his vape through the shop. I feel like it should be treated like smoking a cig and have a designated smoking area. Thats just my opinion though. Im sure there are laws about doing that in a shop that has flammable stuff all around. Really Im only saying this because maybe theyll read it before some inspector or someone catches him doing it. Anyways... They have great prices on tires.

Went in for simple oil change, it took a long time but its a popular shop and are usually busy however the mechanic do their best to do a quick yet professional job and all its costumer cars. I bought my tires at Tire Depot over a year ago and have put more then 100k on them. The staff is friendly and honest no b.s. just to make a sale.

American Tire Depot had the best deals on the tires I wanted. The Technician took the time to move the wheel weights to the inside of the wheels when he balanced them. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal but aesthetically it looks much better. They also took the time to show me other things that needed to be addressed with my truck. I would recommend anyone to try them out when they need tires.

I made an online appointment, and took time from work, to have a set of tires installed. Didnt walk out with my vehicle until almost 3 hours later. However, Eric was stellar and his customer service was beyond reproach. Considering the circumstances, having my vehicle serviced by ATD was all worth it in the end. Four stars well deserved. I went in there with a flat tire. I was told by the experts there that the Rim Shop put on my tires backwards. These gentlemen were very helpful and fixed my tire at no charge. What? Who does that anymore? I was so happy with them that I will definitely go back for their business. And not only that but I will also recommend them to anyone I know. Service and work 4-5 stars. Covid/safety 1-2 stars. Pro: technician was really knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure to show me his diagnosis and walk me through what he needed to do. I normally just speak to advisors so that was cool to actually look at the diagnosis with the tech. Con: a few advisors wore masks, but most were maskless, no feeling of sanitation/extra cleanliness, and I wasn’t comfortable in their waiting room (thankfully with the weather I could wait outside).

First time here and the gentleman at the desk was working so hard and efficiently as he was definitely short staffed. He was patient with the crazy amount of customers coming in and calling. He was really great and I didn’t mind having to wait because of his amazing customer service. I believe his name was Eric. Would definitely come back for other car needs.

Was told my oil change would be $59.99 + tax but that is not what I was charged. May only be about five dollars more than I was told but it is still NOT what I was told it was going to cost me. $60+ tax is approximately $65 but they wrote it up so they end up with an extra $5.

David Jáuregui was extremely helpful, being a girl you don’t always know much about cars they made sure I had everything I needed and even attached my new license plates and explained my warrantee. I came in early at 8:30 to their Stine location and had forgotten my debit card and was going to have to get a Lyft and go to the bank for cash, but David allowed me to instead zelle him directly for the amount shown on the bill and paid using his card after we sent the money to him. He made the transaction quick, easy and painless.He also saved me from being late getting my son to school in another city, we made it right on time. I’m extremely thankful for the wonderful service at this location and would definitely come again.

Ive been here 2 times. The 1st time I got a great deal on all 4 of my tires they told me I needed some repairs but I didnt get a diagnosis so I was very pleased so I decided Id take me car in for a full tune up alignment oil change & full diagnosis. I explained my car had been drinking up my water quickly & I was long over due for an oil change I wanted to make sure I wouldnt need any other repairs anytime soon. I paid $450 for this service. They did change my serpentine belt and changed 2 light bulbs for me. I recieved this service 10/13 I was told my vehicle wouldnt need any maintenance till my next oil change. I did drive my car home but weve been driving my husbands truck all week. On 10/21 I drive my car 1 block and its so hot I have to turn it off and wait for it to cool down. I paid for a full diagnosis I am so disappointed.

In looking on the Internet for Big Brand Tires, I saw a add for American Tire Depot - Buy 3 tires, get 1 free. That was music to my ears. Being that my finances are a little rough at this time. I called and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Eric at the Stine location. He gave me a competitors price that I couldn’t refuse. The staff at American Tire Company are very nice. My overall experience was outstanding. I’m a very satisfied customer. As soon as I got home, I called my daughter and I mentioned my experience with her, because 1 of her vehicles is in need of tires as well. Hopefully she will be in soon, to get her the tires on her car replaced. Thank you American Tire Depot. I will recommend you to friends & family. I’m self employed. In an effort to save time, I called ahead, got a price and made an appointment with the manager. Showed up on time to be told it’s a 11/2 wait. 45 minutes later I’m still in the lobby waiting. When I asked about when my work truck was gonna be serviced the manager did not apologize and condescendingly offered to give back my keys. Very unprofessional. The lobby is full with other upset people. I’d be out of business if I treated my customers as such. Smh

He makes sure that we understand any issues needed to be done in our car problem and how they would be able to help us out. Since moving to Kern County 3 years ago I have needed tires twice on 2 different vehicles. Both times these guys were great...they exhibit true concern when your car is in emergency condition. They are polite, courteous, honest, flexible, always make sure you are satisfied, know all the details of the condition of your vehicle, and APPROVE of the repairs suggested before going forward with said repairs. Ill keep going back and refer people to them when I can.

I ordered 4 Kumho Solis TA31 tires and made an appointment for my Toyota Avalon on their website. Turns out the tires I ordered were not in stock so they upgraded me to Pirelli PZero tires at no extra charge. Can’t beat that!
