We drove our Freightliner Cascadia in for simple maintenance (fluid refills, filter change) and a new clutch. There were no dummy lights, the truck was running fine. We get a call back stating it needed two new injectors in the #1 & #6 cylinder. We were told they couldn’t program it. We were then told we needed all 6 injectors replaced. We were told those injectors were the “wrong ones” They also told us we needed new batteries. I call them to follow up and I was told “we can’t figure it out. We can’t get it running” etcetera. So… we decide to get it towed out of here and they slap us with a bill over $17,000. $17k. Over seventeen thousand dollars. They won’t release the truck we drove in and won’t let us tow it out of here. Shady business, I would highly recommend you ask people about this company. They have been taken to court and lost. Several mechanics will speak negatively about this place. Several business owners will advise to avoid this place.

I would stay away from this shop! If there was an option for zero stars, that would be the true rating.We were told the EGR valve needed to be cleaned. When we picked it up, the light was still on. We were told by Randy that only Dodge dealership could clear the codes to make the light go away. We took the truck to Dodge to get updates and clear the codes. Light immediately turned on once we drove down the street. We called Performance and Randy said he could look at it for $278. I questioned why he would charge when the light never went away after the EGR valve was cleaned by them. I refused to pay any more money. After lots of back and forth, when they did finally agree to look at it again, Randy said it would cost $15,000 to do the work needed. Long story short... The EGR valve actually needed to be replaced, NOT cleaned. We also needed the fuel pump to be replaced. We had to have the work done from another auto shop. We were completely ripped off by this place. We paid less money to have the EGR replaced than we did to have it cleaned by them. Very disappointing!!! I would never recommend this shop!

Would not change my oil. They said they didnt know how to change the oil in a 1 ton Duramax.

Had ac and refrigeration in for repair several times. $2500 and neither work. Maybe they can handle other types of repairs but not happy with our experience.

Couldnt do service, charged, try to rip me off for thousands. Do not go there!
