I have a porch swing that was worn out, Jerry and his group took the old fabric and made a new cover and awning, and the end product looks better than anything available on the market today, and it is exactly the colors I wanted.

Jerry has for years supplied items for my business as well as my home and the work has been excellent. I recommend him to friends and clients and have never heard a complaint. If you do ever have to wait for an appointment it is because his shop stays busy as a result of quality workmanship! Thanks Jerry!

Nearly identical to previous review. Wait, get blown off. Wait, get blown off. Difference is that weve been waiting for about 6 weeks. Painting on our home was completed first week of July after which one, yes, only one awning was to be installed over the front door. Its the middle of August, and we are still waiting and utterly disgusted. Specialty Trim And Awning has provided us with the most inferior customer service weve received since Bakersfield Audio jerked us around in 1973. I wouldnt recommend this company on a dare. Jerry Musgrave, the owner, has been disingenuous and condescending for no reason apparent to us. If you are considering this company, take my advice and pass. By all means... pass.

This is the premier business to solve both residential and commercial shading and fabric use needs. They are artists and deliver or install quickly.

I called and spoke with Jerry to schedule a time for him to come out to my home for an estimate he was very nice. The day he was to come by came and went with no word from him. I called him to inquire as to why he did not show and he said he had forgotten. I rescheduled for another day and he was a no show again. My husband and I are not happy that we wasted two days just waiting around for him to not show up.

We have been a long time customer, & always very satisfied with the workmanship. Thanks Jerry.
