Great place friendly staff and reasonable prices

I recently visited this K 1 center and had a very bad experience. I was shopping for a hair piece. The minute I entered this store. this rude Asian couple instead of greeting me as a customer they both threw me dirty looks. I believe they were the owners, I thought I found what I was looking for. I ended up buying a hair piece. On my way home about 5 minutes after leaving the store, I saw the hair piece and it wasnt exactly what I wanted after all. I went back to the store and explained that if I can not have a refund at least I can have store credit. The Asain woman gave me a very ugly look and acted she wanted to punch me or something. She stated in a rude tone of voice that she can not do no refunds or exchanges even though It was brand new and not even opened. I noticed also that her store was dirty and over priced. No wonder I was the only customer inside. Owners of stores should be able to provide good customer service and not being plain rude, ugly and nasty like this Asian woman was. Instead that same day I went to the beauty supply on California Avenue and H St. The name of this beauty supply is Inspire Beauty Supply. The moment I came in the store I was greeted and was treated with kindness unlike this ugly and nasty store K 1 on Chester Ave. This store should change their name instead of K 1 should be called K ugly. Those owners are just plain rude. Yuk!

Omg I love this place. Such friendly staff. They always have what I need.

Little to no variety

They have everything! From hair products to clothing to shoes, socks the whole line up. They even have long-sleeve pro clubs in every color for men.

Seemed like a scary neighborhood, parking in front, on a main street.
