I bought some things a week ago everything was fake nothing they are so overcharging for some bootleg made overseas items and they so desperately try to tell you it’s authentic b.s. there just really good fakes

I felt it necessary to go on here and give a great review. I found this company a few months ago and placed a small order. Shipped quick, and products were as expected. Since then I’ve spent over 1,000 more dollars with them and they are fantastic. If they are out of something, they always call. They offer options. They will also let you know when a back order is coming. Great customer service.

I placed my order, I was given a detailed receipt online, then a UPS confirmation email as well. My order showed up on the date promised and my order arrived in perfect shape. My son has been ordering from them for years. He referred them to me because they have the best prices for kratom. Im skeptical about the bad reviews.

Paid the same price as my order for 2 day shipping to get the products in by Tuesday. Now Im being told Sundays dont count towards that, regardless of how much they charged for shipping. If they had made it clear, I couldve saved some money! Not good business at all. Sometimes its worth it just to pay a little extra, if it means getting deliveries on time and good customer service.

Product is ok but not worth the 3-5 days it takes to charge the card and then another 3-5 days to process the order. these guys are way slow, had this issue a couple times now. i have suppliers in Houston texas that get my orders to me in 3-4 days and i am here in Cali with 4 aces!!. makes me think why should i order here when i can order somewhere else and receive my products 6 days sooner. if i was ok to wait that long for an order i would just order from china for way cheaper. get faster please and i would love to change the review. until than...

Never order from these guys! Terrible customer service, slow processing, and their shipping rates re ridiculous! I was charged $178 for ups ground for two boxes that weighed around 50lbs combined. Went to ups to see what they would charge me to send the boxes and was told around $35...Do not waste your time or money on these clowns.
