When interested in a vehicle they had I decided to call them to ask about it and the lady was being rude and wasn’t answering my questions. I simply asked how much they are asking downpayment and she just kept saying we don’t take downpayment through the phone when I was asking her how much they are asking. Don’t know her name but she was very rude and gave me attitude lost a customer and was a serious buyer.

I bought truck there in less than a week i had took it in have have numerous things fix. Still broke down on me with the week. The ended up fixing it, still refuse to pay me back what I had to pay were the truck had broke down at. With 12 days of purchasing it it had been back at their shop for 7days total. Good customer service at time of purchasing no so go when I went back with my complaints!

Bought a car 3 months ago and same day i got it 2 hrs later engine light came on and til this day 12/21/19 each week its at the dealership getting fixed for expensive stuff, by the way, they changed the engine 3 times in the car, and when i ask for prove of what they done, they make excuses to provide proof of what they have done to the car ! I dont recommend lagunas auto sales!

Good custumer service but the prices were too high I understand that when you finance they charge you interest but from 9000 on a car I will have to pay like almost 14000 and the car value is more lower than 9000 and another thing is that I came in with a good down payment so I think you guys should work I little bit more with people.
