We purcheased a 2015 malibu from them. And found out there was damage on the indercarrier plastics . they were all torn up. The car shakes while going on freeway, check engine came on. Dents and scratches which was covered up with paint. Not impressed.

Bought a used 2016 Honda from them February this year while it was still cold... noticed late April that the a/c didn’t work and the owner was very rude and said it wasn’t his problem anymore... really surprising because the sales rep Raul is an awesome guy and I really wanted to refer some people his way. Unfortunately the owner is garbage and doesn’t care about his customers.

My son was looking for a car so we came here. He got a really good deal. Great friendly staff.

After purchasing a 2010 Ford Mustang from this dealership, I think not. Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. After the first week I got my car, one of the tires popped. After not even a year of owning the vehicle, my car needed a new throttle body, new battery, AND a new transmission at 105k miles due to failure of transmission being serviced regularly. Transmission fluid was super black which showed that the previous owners nor this dealership did a full service on this vehicle that was required due to the mileage. At the moment my car is not drive able and I am a full time college student and an employee and I need my vehicle. My mechanic found that a lot of this cars repairs was a quick fix. Would not recommend to anyone. Terrible.

Did not have a great experience with this dealership, it was my first time buying a car along with the help of my dad, if I could go back and fix my mistakes I definitely would. First of all they gave me 2 copies of the car keys, on one of the keys a button did not work, but they felt like it was okay for them to give it to me like that. I know I am particularly to blame for not speaking up, but I happen to be a very light spoken female that I didnt question it. I have learned from this experience to speak up, but for them being a company they should have given me fully functioning keys the first time. Another problem I had with the car I had purchase within a month the drivers seat window had completely came off its place! It literally broke within a month! I went back to limited motors to try to get it fixed, but they claimed it was not under warranty for just a simple window malfunction. Basically they thought I did something and broke it. I talked to the main guy in charge In dealing with the maintenance of the cars(do not remember his name) and we had a conversation about what happened and how to fix it. Where to begin with this guy he first told me he would not charge for the labor but only for the part that malfunction and tax. He also included a 10% discount, I should have known it was too good to be true for a dealership. We made an appointment and once I had came back he completely lied to my face that he did not say he would not charge for the labor. I was completely furious that he was telling me something different and I felt like he was trying to make me feel stupid because I am a young female 19, at the time and I felt like he was trying to take advantage of my gender and knowledge. We got into a little argument and he gave the usual BS explanation on how he needs to pay his workers, but he NEVER mentioned the charge of labor the first time. Note during this whole time that this was happening the salesman that sold us the car was never to be found around, what a coincidence! After the argument I was completely furious and I did not want to fix my window with them no longer trusting them. I left and took care of it somewhere else. I have never in my life felt discriminated for being a female, my dad was not around to come with me to face the issue, so I went with my aunt and I definitely feel like the guy saw an opportunity to take advantage of me being young and I really didnt believe dealership would take advantage of women, but this place definitely did. I DO NOT recommend this place and I cant wait to finish my payments so I can no longer be in business with them!

This limited motors honestly sucks, they sell bad cars that have SO many issues ( which of course when they want you to buy the car they tell you its been checked and nothing is wrong with it ) when the process is over they want a review on here, so they can get that recognition from their boss to give them a little bit more money . The cars arent even worth the sale price they have listed, because all the problems that come along with it. Horrible place to go, I DONT recommend it .

Great first impression from Johnny outside of the dealership. But horrible customer service from the inside sales representative Santiago he was very rude and didn’t seem to want to make a sale no customer service skills at all. Had to leave his desk and find someone new to speak with. All while he stood at his desk smiling as if it was a joke. Just plain bad business with that one sales representative there.

If you are not a mechanic, Please do not purchase a vehicle from this company. They sold my daughter a Truck, two days later the tie rod about fell off and have to jump start it everyday. This vehicle had a certified sticker on the window and dont think they looked it over that well. They argue about paying for the part that failed. I dont usually give negative feedback on companies but the arguing about paying for the failing part after purchasing the vehicle two days later was the icing on the cake!! I dont think this company has the credentials to use Certified stickers on their vehicles.
