Had an appointment. Was greeted quickly.👍 But the girls Ill be back in a second took 30 minutes. Then had to be asked again if Ive been helped after 33 minutes waiting. Plenty workers walking by not many were helpful. Maybe it wasnt their job to help but they could have atleast seen to it to see if whomevers job it was to help me was available or not or atleast acknowledge that I was important. Lot of customers walking around asking about their vehicles yet all I heard was well be with you in a minute. Then I needed a ride home. Guy just said, well get you lyft you can wait over there by the lobby. Oookay wheres the lobby?? Took in my car Wednesday its Sunday!!! I had to call to ask about my vehicle!! Craaaayzzzzzy!!

My husband and I went to go buy his first truck he’ll ever own experience was not met and Javier was definitely not in the mood to sale most of the part he was on the phone didn’t show us the trucks we initially liked. Little did he know my husband is law enforcement, then the sales person had the nerve to say “if you want cheap go to Chevy” as if we didn’t have money to purchase a truck. Maybe we will got Chevy or another GMC lot to purchase my husbands new truck.

I visited the Toyota dealership. I have been looking for 3 months for my dream car and this is where I found it. They were very helpful and courteous and did a great job processing my purchase in a timely manner. Ben Barraza was my salesman and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a beautiful new Toyota. I love my new car!

While the work completed is satisfactory. I am very disappointed that I was charged upwards of $400 in labor to diagnose and replace the battery, a battery cable, and update software for the radio. I have consistently taken both my vehicles to the dealer for repair/service, but this experience has soured me to the point that I feel I must take my business elsewhere.

The service department is getting lackadaisical.

The Lexus in town is absolutely horrible. Took my car in to have the dash fixed as it was under warranty. They managed to mess up the alignment, forgot to put the front vents back on, and broke a clip on the side air bag cover! The icing on the cake is that there is now little rust spots down the entire right side of the car, as someone must have been using a grinder in the shop. Thanks for making rookie mistakes on a high end car. I still dont have front vents on the dash! Thought Lexus dealerships were supposed to provide quality maintenance and service. You are better off going to a JiffyLube.

A crazy woman literally jumped on my car in a grocery store parking lot. She caused $3,000 damage to my car, a Thunderbird classic. Sadly, they wanted so much too fix my car that AAA totaled and salvaged it instead. :(

On my visit to Motor City it took nearly 45 minutes to get checked in. took another 2 and 1/2 days to have my problem analyzed. then it took an hour to get my car picked up. and after all of this they dont stand behind their product very well so if youre going to Motor City for anything other than an oil change and possibly a wash job I would choose another dealership.
