Reasonable prices and easy online ordering made it convenient to send chocolate covered strawberries to a special someone from 2300 miles away. They delivered on time to her at work and they were perfect. Thanks Edible Arrangements!

Ordered 2 assorted packages and was told twice they were in transit and it would be a 30 min wait. I called back in 45 minutes and was told again that it takes 30 minutes to get to me. I don’t like to rearrange my schedule at the last minute and be told something to keep me at bay. Just rude and you’re doing yourselves a disservice treating your customers as if they’re expendable. I just wanted to do a good deed for my co-workers

Not impressed. They didnt have what I ordered and paid for. The item s they substituted were probably comparable. I had ordered delivery & they called & cancelled delivery. I have not yet been refunded the delivery charge.

Heed their disclaimer of delivery time being 11-5 PM. You might actually get it at 5 PM or later and miss the entire day (especially if you are their neighbor lol).Ordered an Edible Arrangement for a birthday gift to be delivered (placed order at 903 AM for same day delivery). Delivery location is a mile from of the store (4 min driving time).To be fair, I was informed the delivery time is 11-5 PM however I did ask since the delivery location is so close to the store, is it really possible it will be delivered late in the evening? The answer was that I would most likely receive it early in the morning... this ended up being wrong.Called around 245 PM to inquire on delivery status and was alerted it would most likely be delivered around 5 PM. Apparently, the arrangement was placed on the delivery truck and driven OUT OF TOWN prior to delivering to their neighbor... Oh well. If I had not been told we would most likely get it in the morning, I would have just picked up the arrangement on my lunch break and saved money on the delivery fee. I just thought the idea of having it delivered would make the recipient more happy - its cool to have birthday gifts delivered once in a while, right?The lady I spoke with in the afternoon was not the same one I placed order with in the morning. I would have just went along with it all but the lady in the afternoon seemed annoyed she had to answer the phone and annoyed that she was talking with me, she also said I placed the order late, thus making it my fault. I called you 3 min after your store opened and placed order at that time. Unclear how that is considered late.??Anywho, good luck to future customers who order for delivery. Would recommend picking up in store yourself.ps I cancelled the order because of poor customer service. The lady I spoke with in the morning was super nice but the lady in the afternoon may have been having a bad day

Told me that, I couldnt enter into the store and to place my order online, attempted for 2 weeks to order online but the website continues to crash. Called corporate who then told me to go to my local franchise to place the order, arrived at the location and was told to place my order online, attempted to place the order once and the website crashed. Frustrating and no one seems to care or wants to help. What happened to customer service.

Husband and I ordered a strawberry arrangement for my mothers 73rd birthday they did not deliver it. They did not call her or when we called them they said they had called her and tried to deliver it she never got a message from them, they never contacted her and she was home all day. They did refund our money. We will never use rhis store again.

This place is great. The person that helped me, Betty, was really helpful and she showed me exactly what I was looking for. A box of dozen chocolate dipped strawberries and they also deliver.

I am so disappointed on my Edible Arrangement . That I received today for Mothers Day all of the chocolate cover strawberries were all melted . I called the store to complain and they promised me they were going to show up before 5 pm to bring me a new arrangement. Guess what they never called me back then never showed up they did not keep their promise. I do not recommend the store to anyone . . Their customer service is awful they left me on hold twice and both times they asked me what was the problem I told them why do I have to explain myself again..They suck for customer service and theyre Liars.

I called to place an order with this location two days before Valentines Day and was placed on hold every 15seconds. When I was finally able to place my order with them they never delivered the arrangement! I called on Valentines Day to cancel at about 7:45pm and get a refund. The clerk answered the phone then put me on hold (again) and then hung up! I called right back and they were closed! I called the next day and was told I would get a refund. Then they actually delivered the Valentines Day arrangements a day and a half later! Completely out of the blue without ever refunding my money! I will not be back! Sorry because I love there fruit....sad situation!

My first and only experience with them was today. Got the run around all day, called numerous times and either busy (understandable its Valentines day) or would ring with no answer. Went down there to find out where the order was at and the lady that helped me was a total b@%#h, but refunded my money. I will never use there services as long as I live.

Placed a $140.00 order at the store...to be delivered. Sorry, we dont take $100 bills. Are you kiddin??? Nope, thats our policy. Well, bye bye order, guess my US currency will be spent at a different location.

Ordered chocolate covered strawberries, a bear and a balloon for my wife 5 days before Valentines Day. To be delivered on Valentines Day. When Valentines Day arrived they were never delivered. No call or anything. The following day they delivered it to my wife. Thats right a Valentines Day balloon the day after Valentines Day. I was pissed. I called the store and talked to the manager (Ephren). He was not willing to offer any refund at all. He stated that it was against corporate policy. FYI it is a private franchise store. To sum it up it was the worst experience Ive had. I will no longer be ordering from this store again and I highly suggest no one else does as well.

Fast and friendly, but I paid $30 for a dozen strawberries,. They were just dipped and put in the box,. All their displayed and photos show drizzled and pretty strawberries.. but I didnt get what I was expecting for the price...

After I missed my delivery at home I went to pick up my order at 4:30pm the next day, they close at 5pm. When I asked to place another order to send back to my friends the clerk replied shes closing and that I should go online or call. Seriously??? Are customers not important? You have 30mins until closing!!?? Im sure it doesnt take 30mins to place an order. Horrible customer service.

The thought of a fruit bouquet sounded awesome only issue I had was the pineapple’s where brown and the chocolate covered strawberries where not good strawberries Underneath had gone bad more then likely won’t go this route again.

Not a happy customer for Valentines Day not got my edible arrangement delivered and got called after 7pm saying they couldnt deliver. Wish they wouldve told me at 3pm when I called to verify my order.

For the amount of fruit for the prices they charge. Not worth it.

Horrible!!!!!! I called 4 times to ask about my order. Then I ended up having to drive 30 minutes to the store only to hear that they were barely going to deliver my order. And then after being delivered I find out they only delivered have of the order! One star is to much for this store! I will not be ordering from here anymore.
