This lady was so rude there she told my mother that she has to get the coffee shes making because shes already paid for it. But thats not the one she ordered and she knew that. Then my mom asked for a bread with ham and cheese and gives her a plain bread and says well you already paid for it so you have to take it. I will never go back there again that lady was so rude and disrespectful. She is so ugly!

I love donuts! Cant get enough of wheat style food! Just may not be able to eat too much sugar in one sitting until the next day haha!

Tried a spicy breakfast bagel with ham, egg, cheese, and spicy pico de gallo. It was so good and fulfilling. Will definitely be back to try more. The young lady who helped me order was very professional and answered all my questions very politely. The other lady working with her was not as polite. Watched her rush customers and have an attitude when people werent ready to order. Other than that, this place definitely is where you want to get your breakfast bagel from.

Best doughnut shop in Bakersfield. I also love the Palmdale location when Im in that city.

JUS SAYIN--They bake AROUND 7 or 8PM daily but they dont put things out until the NEXT DAY. So, the donut displays are great--but they TASTE LIKE DAY OLD. Why? They are. Frosting is really yummy though!

I was there yesterday with my daughter and I wish they had a drive thru, I had a friend bring me some food from there a while ago and it was delicious I really couldnt remember what they had brought me so I picked something I though I would like I was disappointed lg mocha and sausage and egg oh but the Donuts were really good and Ill be going back but Im gonna ask my friend what he brought me. The lady that helped me out was very nice, place was clean, only takeout for now, there is only one person there but shes was fast.

Over all nasty doughts made me feel sick. Rude staff but being in the ghetto I guess. Ill never visit them again and I will never recommend them to anyone. Maybe the health inspector

They are my new favorite donut shop in town. My previous favorite would always run out of what I was hoping to buy. This place always has full racks of all kinds and never have I been told they didnt have something. They offer coffee, juice, asking other beverages and serve hit food which I have not tried yet but they seem to start busy all day selling it. Staff are very friendly

They give you 2 extra donuts when you order 12!!

This place has good Donuts but we went a couple of weeks ago and they gave us some old donuts, I took my son last week and the guy that waited on us gave him some fresh donuts, so I guess that its hit and miss this guy was just getting fresh ones that he was baking.

Freshly baked everyday. My 1st regular job as a teenager was here.New owners but still good.They dont give the extra 2 for purchasing a dozen neither.

They didnt have chocolate twist donuts and the only chocolate glaze had coconut or peanut no plane chocolate glaze. Why not?

Horrible service and crowd😝The clerk was rude and prejudiced. Cussed in front of my small children. Pretended she didnt know English when it was my turn when she spoke it perfectly for two Hispanic customers before me! Then kept showing me the donuts i ordered but put ones i didnt order in the little bags. The clerk was TERRIBLE!!

These m.fers STOLE my phone from me. Night crew, left, tracked through find by phone on google maps, even called the cops on them (I have heard of folks doing this, and actually getting their phone BACK), but I had to get back there to i.d. my phone, and didnt have a way to get there... I had taken a Lyft to get donuts. So, shane in them (thief jerks).

Worst place to go for donuts. Apparently, food is not served all day. After 11pm, its just donuts and coffee. Didnt get all of what we asked for. Common sense is not used at this location. Dont go here if you want great service and what you ask for. Id leave less than one star, but that was not an option either.

This has been my favorite donut place of all time (since i was a very young girl). Unfortunately tonight, the worker wasn’t careful with her sanitation. She tried to wear the same gloves for each customer after she checked us out and i mentioned to her in Spanish she cannot do that.•Gloves>box>grabs donuts>Touched the light switch>cashed us out grabbing the money and tried to reuse the same gloves for the next customer. That’s so nasty, especially after touching money! I don’t know if I’ll return to be honest. Please teach your workers to do better. New gloves for each customer.

Some employees are friendly and well lets just put it as if thier having a bad day. But still love the donuts. Try to smile in your worst days maybe youll brighten someones elses day I do that

Yum Yum Donuts has decent donuts worthy of trying. My favorite donuts are their sugar donuts. If you have a sweet tooth or you want some donuts to go with your coffee give them a whirl!

But horrible service from a big chunky blonde lady, she gave me wet money back for my change becuz there was a leak in the roof and nothing she could do with an attitude. Ordered a dozen donuts, picked my donuts, asked for 3 custard chocolate topped seen her pull out tray, asked 3 different times for separate order of donut holes, she was preoccupied talking to coworker, not paying us much attention, get home not one custard I was craving.. Didnt have a ride to go back and complain.. 945 am 8-21-16

The girl & I both forgot my soda, was she was awesome & the sandwiches she made where soo good! Definitely coming back to buy sandwiches & donuts. Really great customer service.
