I dont go here often but got a gift certificate for my birthday. I am older and dont wear much makeup but needed a little help with which makeup to use to cover wrinkles instead of accentuating them. The young lady was very sweet and told me i probably needed a primer and helped me pick one out. I just have a suggestion, You should hire some people who are more experienced in all types of skin or at least train them. The young lady was ad helpful as she could be and I appreciate that but didnt know how to help me. Over all pleasant experience and I will be going back.

No clerks came to ask me if needed help spent near 30 mins trying find a dress shirt.......will probably only go back as last resort

The clerks were very gracious and helpful. Im sure its hard on them not being able to let customers test the fragrances themselves during this COVID19 problem. Im thankful to all who are masked and social distancing.

Its a nice & well organized area but not nearly as big as their own store in the mall. Most of the products seem to be your more basic items & a limited selection when compared to their other store. Aside from that, everything is the same regarding brands & price.

Quick. Way faster than the main store. Cant use your Sephora card here though.

Idk about SEPHORA but inside the JCPenny is very sad. Nobody there. Who would have thot that no one would be at the mall. I hate corona virus. COVID 19 SUCKS!!! I cant wait to get back to normal, if ever 😢😢😫😫😥😥

Customer service needs a lot of work!! And the product I looked up online and it said they sold at this location was in fact NOT sold here. So a complete waste of my time. Please remove that R+Co products are sold here so others do not waste time coming here.
