Went in to look for a ring, I was amazed with the excellent customer service with Lupe (female) and Alyssa. Very patient, explainable, helpful with me I definitely recommend Valley Plaza location and I will keep coming back for future purchases.

Honestly my initial experience was not the best but Janelle was def able to save the day when I got her the 3rd time I visited the store. She is super easy to work with and has great customer service. I would def recommend working with her if you want a great experience every time.

Lupe is so rude. I came to pick up my ring that my boyfriend bought for me and it took Lupe 5 minutes to even greet me. I will never spend my money at this store again. There are plenty other jewelry stores in the mall that provide quality service to their customers. I strongly discourage anyone from spending their money here, they do not value their customers period.

Went to look for a birthday present. Was helped by a woman and then when she needed questions answered she brought in an older man. She was pleasant and helpful, he was short and seemed like I was wasting his time, which was funny since the store was empty. I found an imperfection in the ring to which with his jewelers loupe or magnifying camera, he couldnt find. Maybe he didnt want to admit it but it was plain as day to me. Instead he suggested I drive back to where I came from 2 + hours away to see their selection. If you dont have a whole lot of customers youd think the service would be better. They actually had a larger selection than the other stores in the mall but this guys attitude made me not want to come back.

Worst customer service i have ever received. The male associate and the old lady are so rude and to lazy to look up something in the system. This people dont have any knowledgeable about how to welcome clients to the store and just do the basics to help someone.
