If I could rate there service a zero I would rate it a zero. With good faith I Called because my business automatic door was not working. Technician came out and said the problem was the sensors. So they changed the sensors I paid them they left. Come to find out my door still had the same issue. Called them back thinking they will fix it. They came out and said that the controller is bad so I told them to go ahead and replace it. Paid them total of $2,120. I will post a picture of the bill if you don’t believe me. The next day I open my business and still had the same issue. I called them back and they came out looked at it and said your motor is out. They said the Motor cost $1,300 to replace. I told them forget it I’ll call someone else. I don’t know if they do this on purpose or do they send technicians that have no idea what they heck they’re are doing. So they wanted to charge me $3,420 to fix a door that cost $4,000 dollars new. Please do yourself a favor and reach out to a reputable company that’s honest or has technicians that know what they are doing.

You want a feel sense of getting ripped off call this company they sure know how to tax and arm and a leg. Outrageous labor rate
