The owner and staff in this store are amazing! I forgot to bring a sample of fabric Ive been trying to complement for a year. I live 50 miles away, so I couldnt easily rectify my mistake. One of the owners searched the store for likely coordinating fabrics and brought them to me. Another staff member figured out how much material Id need for a queen size quilt and how to cut each piece. All this less than an hour before closing! They sent me home with samples to try matching to my fabric at home, and, honestly, I cant wait to go back to this store. I havent seen service like this, or genuine aid given to a new customer, in years, if ever! And to top it all off, they had four rows of fabrics on sale, that were actually high quality and pretty. I highly recommend this quilt store!

I have been to both stores and experienced knowledgeable, helpful and friendly service at both. I took my Bernina 830 in for servicing to the Yucaipa store and they were so helpful and even carried the very heavy machine in for me. They also have an excellent selection of quality fabrics and notions.I visited the Bakersfield store just because I was in the area and was impressed with the fabric and notions selection, and sweet, helpful staff. I needed binding for a quilt and had looked several places, I found the perfect fabric here.I live half way between the two stores, but the stores are worth the drive. Next time my machine needs to be serviced, it will be at Cherry Berry.

I have to admit that I have not purchased anything from this shop yet; but....I have taken two machines in to be serviced and have been thrilled with the service provided. The shop sells Bernina and Baby Lock but they said their service tech can handle other machines as well. Perfect! The first machine to go in was my Juki. It was refusing to stitch a zig zag for some weird reason. Temper tantrum I would imagine. Machine was serviced and back in my arms in several days, running like a champ. The next to go in was my Janome, it was filthy and the tension was all catty wompus. Couple of days later shes back home and running more quietly than she has all year.
