My husband and I went into the department store purchase bigger wedding band to have all three ring dater together rep said we will get our rings in two weeks well we are going on the 4th week I have called the store no answer my husband and I have gone to the store three times store has been closed not yet have I gotten a phone call next step will be better business

1. Customer Service is ok. The customer rep who my husband & I purchased the ring from never remembers me, not even 2 days after our pretty hefty purchase.2. Communication is spotty. They do not answer their phones much and do not send updates to you about the status of your ring when it is being resized. My ring sat at their store a week before I found our it was there. I had to go into the store myself to figure out where my ring was at.3. If you purchased a diamond engagement ring, you would imagine they would be more apt to allowing to test the diamond when picking up your ring, after having it sized. Diamonds are not cheap, you want to ensure your diamond is still on tact upon pick up.4. A couple staff members are not very knowledgeable about stones, gold or about sizing rings. They sized my rings wrong & tried to blame me for their mistake --- so unprofessional.🤦🏻‍♀️. I have had to resize my engagement ring 2x after initial purchase due to how it fit inside the wedding band. This is an issue especially when your ring has diamond channel settings. When I tried to share this knowledge with my rep, she was completely disinterested. She should not be in the jewelry business if she has no interest in it all all, it just affects the buyers experience.I could go on but these are the major issues I have with Helzberg. I totally love my ring but wish we purchased it from another store. Will not support this store in the future with anymore purchases.** I noticed in the comments below that the bad reviews are due to the black rep (which is accurate) - I just wish I knew her name (hate describing by race bc it has nothing to do with that but she is the only black staff member so if it helps to avoid a bad experience during what should be a special one)

Excellent customer service! Their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. If you found the “one” and looking for “THE” ring. Come here. If you want a great variety of choices on everything else. Come here too

Found my ring......... got my ring ......payed my ring.......the only bad thing now i have to wait for them to re-size it..........

My mom has always had a card through these guys, so when it came down to my boyfriend getting me my promise ring, I told him to go there, we got a diamond vita ring which is online ordered. I had a problem with the ring diamonds due to them falling out, they sent it in and then my band broke pissing me off to the max because I mean its my promise ring you know? I was cursing at the staff and made it crystal clear how pist off i was even though I was out of line the staff showed me the most patience and respect, the manager went out of her way to make sure that my band was fix at the end of the day (and its just as beautiful as the first day I got it) this jeweler is amazing, they really do take their time to hear your fusterations and do the very best they can to tend to you, thank you guys for handling this with the most respect and understanding as a company could get. Ill be sure to keep you guys in our family. ❤

My boyfriend got me a proposal ring from here, he had to wait 1.5 weeks until they put the right diamond in, then we had to go back there cause they didn’t put it in right and now it’s been 2 weeks Since we waiting for them to fix it, will definitely go somewhere else for wedding rings 👎🏼
