This place is great for personalized gifts the merchandise is great and they do engraving on site they were quite busy and only had one girl working she tried to be helpful but she couldnt answer all my questions she had so many customers to help the engraving is the expensive part I wanted to get matching bracelets for me and my best friend but the engraving itself was $30 so I just got one for my friend and she loved it

Got a unique wedding gift for a young lady that Ive known since she was 14.

Very helpful staff. They were able to make a purple color for me even though they didnt have purple.

With three employees working and three customers one would think that service would be quick. NOT. It took 45 minutes for me to buy a globe, I had the thing picked out in 5 minutes, it took them another 40 minutes to figure out the computer and where the globe was located in the store. Definitely my last visit to this place.

Ive used this store for many many years and have always had wonderful support, products and customer service. If I could rate lower than a (1) star for this time, I would. I literally walked out of the mall with tears streaming down my face, trying to hold them back because of the so called customer service I received from THE MANAGER tonight, Crystal Dee! I received a call yesterday that they had messed up on a pendant that I had engraved there. I was told by that employee to bring in another one and they would reimburse me for the one they messed up on, very nice employee and phone call, although it was an inconvenience for me to have to get another done and wait for it. She said nothing about having to purchase a new one from the store I bought it from to get a receipt, she was aware I did not have a receipt for the $4!! Item and said she would reimburse me anyway.Go in today and deal with Crystal. She states I have to purchase another one so that I can have a receipt, otherwise I will not get reimbursed for my item. Fine I dont get about $4, so I say then Im not worried about it because Im not going to buy another pendant for $4 just to get a $4 reimbursement (doesnt make any sense! 😒) I left it at that and was ready to start the re-do process of the new pendant.SHE continued stating I signed something saying I knew that. I bet se didnt think I would ask to see the paperwork I signed. She gave it to me so I looked it over and asked her where it stated what she just said I signed and agreed to. She didnt not look at, just gave me a customer service number. Again, I dont care about the measly $4! Just wanted her to show me where she stated I signed to something I didnt sign for... She couldnt show me! 😉😒Okay... Back to getting my pendant re done! ... I slide it to her and tell her, please be careful with this one. (I have 19 month old twins and have to bring them with me, they are screaming their heads off because Im sitting here dealing with this half- wit! And it is a huge inconvenience to me to half to keep coming back to a place of they are not going to be careful with what they do... THATS their job! Thank God they dont work in a hospital and working with someones life!!, wouldnt put anyones life in her hands!)She sarcastically slides it back and says no, I will not engrave this for you, it obviously means too much to you, its obviously too valuable for me to hold it as my responsibility (again, totally sarcastic, we just got done talking about its value as $4!!!) but she purposefully wanted to be a witch and you could see it in her face. She was satisfied with herself. I said, no, its not valuable, its only $4 at Michaels, we just discussed this... But my time is! And I want you to be diligent in your work and make sure you double check to make sure you are engraving the right thing! She absolutely refused to re-do the pendant that THEY messed up!! Se told me to call the number on the sticky note she gave me... TOMORROW because they were closed for the day and would not answer) she did this on purpose because she knows I need it tomorrow.I will never do business there again as long as she works there! So unfortunate! Theyve always had great costumer service before! 😕 Theyre really downgrading in their hiring proceeds. Not really sure how she made it to manager.
