Shoddy work... embroidered over the sweat band and only excuse was that thats how all her hats are too. I understand that the refund policy states no refund for any reason once a hat is custom embroidered but at least try to do it right the first time. For a $76 cap I expect some effort. If I go back I guarantee Ill stand there the whole time to make sure its how i want it.

Very poor customer service. No the store was not busy because it was Monday around 1pm. I walked in and waited 5 minutes to be helped while the 2 employees were having a conversation about messaging someone she liked. After looking at me 3 times, the male employee finally asked if I needed help. Then I had to wait again to pay for my items because he immediately walked back to continue the conversation with the other employee (girl with pink hair). He didnt care to tell me about the sale until I was almost done paying. Next time, Ill order online.

I come here often and have never had a problem with staff.This is a small store like most of the lids stores and they can get extremely busy in there.Big selection of baseball cap and always have a section with several on special items marked down quite a bit from original price.Come on down and create your own experience.

Terrible customer service and an uninviting vibe. None of the employees seem to know what they are doing or care to help you find any items. All they do is talk to each other all day about irrelevant things and when you do finally ask for some help they act very distracted and continue carrying on conversations with other employees instead of engaging with customers. Will never shop here again.

The worse customer service I have ever experienced, they made me feel like I was an inmate again. I was just trying to get my sons baseball jersey embroidered and they look at me like Im speaking Chinese or some other language and cant help
