The audiologist was very thorough. Explained things clearly with what might be going on with my moms current hearing aids and her hearing loss. He answered all of our questions. There was no pressure to purchase new ones. We were very impressed, and after her hearing aids being cleaned, she walked out being able to hear much better. In the event that new ones will be needed in the future, I have no hesitation with purchasing from Your Hearing Connection.

He is really knowledgeable and thorough with a kind and caring personality..we had the best experience from scheduling an appointment to getting the testing done. Qwfan.I must say this is the best Audiologist (John) in B-Town. Im a Union member works for MSC on U.S Naval Ships, they requires me to do hearing test ever 6 month. Thank god i found this place where it feels comfortable and to have the best. Thank you for your services in these hard pandemic time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone especially to my family friend and co-workers.

One of my hearing aids needed servicing. I called and made an appointment and dropped it off. In less than a week, I received a new hearing aid, not a repaired unit. As always they were courteous and professional.
