Ive been using the cleaning supply warehouse since they opened in Bakersfield, Will, Steve, Scott are very professional and knowledgeable. I shop there all the time and Ive always been treated fairly and Ive never witnessed them treating any other customers unfairly,They always go out of their way to help their customers and theyre very friendly. This place has great customer service. Every time I come here Will and Steve are are very friendly and are always great conversation. I am Hispanic and have never felt that Will or Steve are racist.

I have owned Kidwell Brothers Carpet Cleaning since 1988. I have used several carpet cleaning supply companies in the past, they all went out of business. Cleaning Supply Warehouse came to Bakersfield just at the right time. The company that I was using went out of business, they seemed to never have even basic parts and it seemed like the owner didnt care about his clients. The only other company in town never seemed to have basic parts either. Carpet cleaners have basic parts that go out on a regular basis, we usually carry some extras, but sometimes that is not enough. Downtime cost money and is an inconvenience to our customers. Cleaning Supply Warehouse is the most professional company I have worked with. Scott the owner is very knowledgeable and cares about the companies he services. He holds regular classes educating the carpet cleaning professionals, which is good for Bakersfield. From parts, repairs, equipment, chemicals, and educating the carpet cleaning professionals Cleaning Supply Warehouse is the best.

I would like to share our experience with Interlink Supply here in Bakersfield. All we can say about Scott is that he is a very honest, knowledgeable and ethical business man who has gone over above to assist us. He helped us get in the business and when thinks took and unexpected turn on our end he was there for us again and helped us at no cost. He did not have to do this but he did and we are grateful.I grew up in a family business and watched my own Father go over and above for his customers all the time. So I know what that feels like. Scott and Will demonstrated this towards us.Scott and Will are genuine people and we need more like them. I also noticed a post about them being accused of racism, I can’t speak on this individual’s perception on what they said they experienced but what I can say is this, first of all we an African American/Hispanic family and all we ever felt was a welcoming spirit, a firm handshake and great customer support, before, during and after the sale. I would definitely recommend anyone to actually meet Scott and Will talk to them for a few minutes visit their store, they are good people and run a good business.

Scott and Will are the most amazing and knowledgeable people i have met in this business. Cleaning supply warehouse is a place where you just feel like family when you walk through that door. I will never get my supplies from anywhere else. I see comments where people are making accusations about people that are employed there and it saddens me that you will judge a person without even knowing them or the true content of their character.
