Something went wrong with this sales girl. We call and she confirms the Honda is in stock to sit in and look at. We show up the next day and were greeted by her. I remind her about the phone conversation the day before. She brings us to a totally different unit. I ask her where is the one you quoted the price on? She says sorry I must have made a mistake. What a waste of time!!! Do yourself a favor. Move on to somewhere else. Oh the 5 stars ratings are a little funny. Notice that they only have 1 -3 reviews. Maybe scam ratings? Oh we did buy from a southern California dealer for $ 4000.00 less. Other reviews point that fact out. Prices are high!
Couldn’t ask for better service. Harley is great to deal with and gets right back to you. Bought a used jetski trailer one weekend and came back the next weekend and bought an adventure bike. You can really tell the integrity of a business when they help you with an issue. Didn’t notice but had several scratches on a new windshield. They replaced it without me having to beg for help. No issue. Good outfit.

I have never closed a deal at Fred Cummings Motorsports, and that is still true after dealing for a 2022 Grom(MSRP 3,399)7/24/2021. Yes I know Covid has slowed things down, I still was trying to get a good deal.My reserch said that 4K(OTD) was the magic number for a 2022 base Grom. I offerd 4,100. I was told the price is 5K after tax/lic/destination/set-up. So about 1.5k+MSRP so I came up to 4.4k as the counter. sales guy said 100 buck in store credit was all he could do.Needless to say Fred Cummings did not earn my business that day. I took my kid(14) so she could see how deals are made, in the car I told her about how there is a negotiation with two side and a compromise is made. I told my daughter that 4.5K was all I was willing to pay on a Grom without ABS. Had the sales guy said 4.8K, I would have said deal.So I called Burts Mega Mall and talked to Christen in sales and they just so happened to have a Grom with ABS(MSRP 3,599). So we hammered out a deal(on the phone) for a Blue Grom with ABS for 4.8K(OTD) +120 bucks for fuel(Covina CA). I did not save any money, but I did get ABS and spent the afternoon with my daughter on a road trip(lunch at In-and-Out) and that, Fred Cummings is priceless.

This is the local Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Can-Am and Sea-doo dealer and this was the first time Id been here. I only needed a small part which had to be ordered but Darren, at the parts counter, was friendly, efficient and engaged me in conversation about things other than my part.The place is clean, well stocked (except for dirtbikes, which no one has) and centrally located downtown.Parking on Chester, 22nd, and in the rear lot.I recommend them!

We did not buy anything and we where just looking around. Staff was very helpful and was checking on us periodically to see if we needed help. I liked the fact that we could look around and we werent constantly bothered by the sales associates.

We worked with John over the phone and over text which was super convenient and I really appreciated it. We live 4 hours away but we were able to place a deposit over the phone and even get qualified for financing. John hooked us up by holding our Sea-Doo for a couple days before we could finally make it down there to make the purchase.We really enjoyed working with John- we were in sync every step of the way and he explained a lot of the features on our Sea-Doo that we didn’t know of— even after extensive research! A true expert.The purchasing process was fast, maybe 20 minutes in the finance office. We were asked if we wanted an extra warranty (no pressure at all) we waffled on it— and then decided to go for it. We signed loan documents, asked some questions and then headed home with our brand new Sea-Doo that the team loaded onto our trailer for us!
Travelling from Vancouver, BC and needed a rear tire. Left a message through the website and was contacted the next morning by Darren. They had the tire and were able to put it on for a good price. We went In to look at can ams. We seen some but they were what we were looking for. Once we outside to the parking lot and saw they had just gotten some new 2020 can ams and they were exactly what we were looking for so we will be going back to get us some toys

I called at about 4pm yesterday and asked for an out the door price quote for a crf50, only to be told that they have none, and honda is having back order problems. Ok, I understand that, everyone and their mom is trying to get one. No issues there. I then asked about a drz50 instead. I was told by the salesman they dont exist and when I told said salesman that I have been looking at them all day on the suzuki website and beyond, the salesman proceeded to say No, suzuki only made a 70. They never made a 50, only the 70. Trust me. What kind of salesman tries to argue with a customer in the first place? Especially when they are dead wrong? If your dealership does not offer that model thats one thing, but trying to argue that the model im asking for dosent even exist? I really hope this guy I was stuck with is just answering the phone for someone else. It definitely made me feel like I should never visit the shop in the first place. It was, by far, the worst customer service ive seen with out ever stepping foot in the establishment. Horrible experience in all. Also to note, i had cash in hand. No finance necessary.

Holding owner, just got tires tire them, I was charged more them orange county prices, I did not get the manufacturer rebate, I paid premium for installation and balancing and the tires are not ballanced, I gave them two stars as they did it right away, and the server people were nice, and helpful.So for tires on a Honda go somewhere else, it may apply to all as the device area is not seen by the customer or accessible.
I just bought a 2014 Can-Am Commander 1000XT through salesman Ron Massey. I had a trade-in ATV and got a reasonable price for it. Ron was attentive and answered all my questions. The dealership added a Bimini top and fabric sunshade at no additional cost. Ron even brought my new ATV out to my house and picked up my trade-in. I still have my Honda Rancher 350 that I bought from them back in 2001. I use it for the more extreme expeditions where tree clearance and rock crawling preclude anything much bigger. Ive had it serviced there and never had a problem. I recommend Fred Cummings Motorsports and Ron Massey highly. A very professional organization. I see some of the less flattering reviews by tire-kickers who expect to be babysat. If youre serious about buying, Fred Cummings is the place to go.
Service is usually pretty good but they stock very few Can Am Spyder parts. I have received a call to advise me of the trikes problem.My biggest problem is they will not work on a bike over 10 years old. My son took his older Honda Shadow in and they refused to work on it due to its age.
Stop by and talk to the great staff and youll remember what it is to deal with a local shop that cares about the customer.

I went in for a tire and I know they are pricey but I needed a cheap one Im budgeting but tryna enjoy my money also at the same time I wanted to walk out of there paying no more than 130 for a tire do to previous store visits but there sales person Josh went and found me something for less than that because he could tell I wasnt to sure about his first price but made my day is that he didnt just stop and let me leave he got me that tire. 5 stars to him. Defenitly will be back for that type of service any day bro.
They made it happen. They worked day after day to help. In the end, I made an offer, drove 90 miles to pick-up my bike.They didnt try to up-sale me.The bike was in better condition than they said. Perfect. Ill be returning in a couple of years to by My new bike. I wont go anywere else.

The prices are way too high due to the mark up and they are not including the factory rebates so they can keep the value. Sad to see. LA shops are 9,000 dollars cheaper!
I have owned two Burgman 650s from this shop, and they have always treated me with the utmost respect. The service department is wonderful. Javier and Robert are fair and honest and I dont have to worry about being overcharged or charged for an unneeded part. They have went out of their way to make sure I am happy with my bike, and I dont have to worry about a faulty repair. I am currently buying another bike there for my son, and I expect the same great service Ive always received; Thank you very much. Its refreshing to have a vehicle dealership that you can trust.
Ive been doing business with Fred Cummings for over 16 years. Service, sales have been GREAT there. I will repeatally purchase motorcycles there. You can have good sales and not service or good service but not good sales. They have both good SALES and good SERVICE!!!

Very disrespectful the service center. It take 20 minutes to fix a tire and it took them 9 days to put a tire and a tube in a bike.
Ive had a long standing relationship with Fred Cummings that is now non existent. They used to be quite good but over the years they have lost their best mechanics, their service manager left a few years back and now they are terrible. My last experience was recent when I brought in a guy from back east that was touring the country and broke down on the road. He was told he had to wait 2 days before they could even look at it. Im old school and let me tell you service like that can spoil a trip. Just not acceptable to me. I took this guy over to an independent where we found the stator was burned. The part was ordered and the fellow was on the road the next day. My next Honda will be bought out of town and Fred Cummings will not be doing even the warranty work. Their service is horrible, their parts inventory pathetic, their prices are high and their salesmen lie.
I was traveling through from Kansas on my Connie and unfortunately my rear tire did not hold up to the hot desert roads as long as I had hoped for. I was on a tight schedule to finish the last 2,000 miles of my trip and these guys were able to get me back on the road in no time. I took my bike to them first thing in the morning and in an hour I was ready to roll. Lifesavers! A gentleman (I failed to recall his name) was extremly helpful with tips on routes and getting our equipment charged up. Thank you so much Fred Cummings!

Oem parts are pretty pricey and they seem to never have anything in stock when it comes to Honda parts.
They have a decent selection, but they dont really try to help you out unless it looks like you have money. Had to deal with their mechanics on a 2014 bike I had, they dont call or email you to let you know anything about the progress had to wait about 2 month to get bike back and everything is overpriced I found cheaper bikes almost anywhere else.
Of all the places around town these guys have the best serviceThey are always patient and will answer any questions you have in all their departments

I expressed in interested in a used Suzuki Burgman. Was told by Ron, the salesman, that it was a 2008 and would be $3000. He also told me on two visits that the bike would be ready to test drive in a couple days. I went back two times and neither time was it ready to test drive. Ron never called to tell me it was not ready. The third time I went back it was on the floor ready to drive. Ron never called me to let me know this, I just happened to pop in that day. It should be noted that I gave Ron my number each time I went in, and he never called me. When it was on the floor, finally, I was told it was a 2003 and $3500. Quite a difference. I still wanted a test drive because I was interested. I questioned the change in price and year, and Ron said, again, he would call. Never called. I went in on Wed, 12/11/13. because I was still interested. Ron did not want to let me test drive. The sales manager (I think, he never introduced himself) questioned my ability to pay. I thought that odd being the first question out of his mouth. Ron insisted that he did call me. I informed him that he never did and then he asked if I was calling him a liar. I told him that he is lying and he threatened to shove my license where the sun dont shine. This was in the presence of the person I assumed was the sales manager, and he said nothing. Obviously they did not want my money.Today, I bought a scooter (with cash, for more than the scooter I was looking at from Fred Cummings) at a dealer on Buck Owens Blvd and I was allowed to test drive it and nobody questioned my fiscal responsibility. I dont know if Fred Cummings is still much involved with his business, or if hes even alive, but I hope somebody tells him what terrible customer service is going on at the shop.

We drove from out of town to come check out a new bike, brought in a bike for trade-in. The salesman we spoke with was extremely nice, personable and helpful and even complemented me on the great condition of my trade -in bike. Waited around while they worked on the trade-in estimate only for them to come back with a supposed KBB value that was half of what the true KBB trade in value actually was. The salesman was extremely up front and told us to not even bother trading the bike in and suggesting we sell it private party. The sales boss at this dealership clearly does not care about making a sale and just wants to low ball potential customers to maximize their profit. I fully understand that trade-in value is always less than what you can sell it for private party, but to offer $2000 lower than what the actual KBB trade-in value is flat out ridiculous. We will not return to this dealership and will not be suggesting this place to friends. Seems such a shame since most other people have decent experiences here, hence why we decided to drive in 2 hours from out of town. Very poor customer experience. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I needed to have the ECU replaced on my Ninja 300. I was told that they would order the part and get back to me in a few days. A few hours later they called me back saying that the part was actually in stock and that I could bring the bike in the next day, though it would probably take an hour or longer to replace the part. I showed up the next day and was in and out in under 30 minutes. The time frame went from five days to 30 minutes. Thats what I call customer service.
