I had one of my my catalytic converters stolen back in July and the other one was cut. I stopped by this shop after the dealership installed a new one on the left side where it was missing one. They notified me the other was cut but, they did not do welding work. So I stopped by RH Muffler to have it welded and on Sept 12 I took the truck back to the dealership because I was still having problems. Turns out RH muffler had done a terrible job on welding it back together.

I called to get a job done here so I agreed for the muffler job the price was good so I got there later on that day and ones I got to the front of the bay I turned off my car and I went inside and I told the guy I’m here for the muffler job I called about he said ok drive it up inside so ones I got back to the van and tried to start it my car was dead the terminal did not make any connection so I asked the guy hey can you help me jump it it’s not turning on and the guy said sorry I can’t I have no cables I said ok asked someone Else to help me and someone did so ones it didn’t start the guy (Muffler owner )just said hey u need to move your car I have someone else coming and That jobs going to take a while I can’t help you today I highly recommend people to not come here the guy is extremely rude does not care about the costumer at all even when I got there and was trying to give him my money he treated me like a was a bum the costumer service was absolutely horrible

Awesome custom service and the best price I found in town... Customer service was great. He took the time to see the problem and provide options. I wont be going anywhere else from now on.

Renee is a genius and amazing at what he does, Ive always gone here and got top quality carven exhaust and Renee has put them on perfectly each time and wants your input on how you want it done, he’s a small shop but better service then I’ve gotten anywhere else in town including bobs, pricing is always fair, today he literally installed 2 carven exhaust on my g37 with custom bent pipping all under an hour. So I brought my Toyota here to get an exhaust system put on it the gentleman told me that the exhaust that he was going to put on there it was just like a flowmaster when the work was done it was sad it didnt sound anywhere like a flowmaster but other than that the work was good Im just not happy about the muffler it was nothing like a flowmaster now I have to spend more money to have the real thing put on
