My 93 yo grandmother has a compression fracture of her vertebrae. They had her go into the office to be fitted, which was done incorrectly. The staff were told that it wasn’t fitting right before they left the parking lot and it was dismissed saying “it’s normal for the front chest piece to be in your throat when you sit down”. 🤔 We’ve since called 4 times and left 4 voicemails over the last 3 days and not one person has called back. I do NOT recommend this place! Customer service is terrible! How about some compassion for our elderly!

I broke my knee cap and was given an order for a walker. I called and the recording said to make a appointment by calling their answering service. Did that 3 seperate times to no avail. Ifinally had to go and buy one myself. Couldn’t speak to a Supervisor because no one would answer phoneOr call back.

I just got off the phone with them and they did Nied me a brace that Medi-Cal had already told them I needed urgently they already had the code and the supervisor of the person that I spoke to was completely rude and cussed me out do not go with these people they’re awful and they don’t care about anyone’s needs

Im so very grateful for this gifted provider at this office. He has the ability to see things and engineer devices and prosthetics that can restore a persons health.I hope he can continue to remain in practice as long as possible in order to provide his much-needed services to others.This doctor is in this business for the right reasons.Ive been seen by other providers. They dont care if your in pain and you are unable to walk. They do the bare minimum. If the device fails or hurts you they wont take the time to fix it or adjust anything.A physician in Tehachapi wanted me to go to physical therapy in flip flops without a prosthetic & orthotic device. I did not feel comfortable with the suggestion. When I questioned her she became visibly angry.If youve received a referral to see this person. Please dont put it off. He may be one of the few great prosthetics and orthotic practitioners left.The correct orthotic or prosthetic device could change your life. I must replace the five star review I entered two years ago based on a series of ABJECT BLUNDERS and MANIFEST INCOMPETENCY. They totally failed to provide PAID FOR durable medical equipment required by Type 2 Diabetes. They ignored my express instructions; mangled my account; blamed me for their mistakes; and cost me MONTHS of delay--which will compel me to PAY MORE for DME at a time when inflation runs wild. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.
