On last Saturday my husband and kids had gone to see about a patio sliding door for price check. Well he thought someone was going to help him. There was NO one in the doors department 😕 so it was waste of time.. my daughter couldnt find anyone around that could help them. On Sunday I went to the Mesquite Home Depot to price check . A older white man was Super helpful and new his stuff and I was out in no time

Home Depot is so hit or miss. Some days excellent service and most others nothing. I couldn’t find a soul to help me life the baseboards to take to checkout. It was awful. Even the cashier just stood there while I tried to get it to her to checkout.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed an 8 ft light that they showed in stock. It had literally just been unloaded from a truck and Joe, a lighting dept rep went a found it for me and brought it out..Awesome customer service!!!

As with all home depots, not a cart in sight. Nothing inside, nothing in the parking lot, no where. It seems more and more they expect you to buy 200 pieces of lumber a few at a time because thats all you can carry to your truck... Cashiers were nice...

My rating is for the level of service here. Every team member I encountered was VERY helpful, pleasant, and welcoming. From the front if the store to the back everyone I encountered that day greeted me and offered their help. This tells me that management is doing something right. I sought out the Asst Mgr to let him know how pleased I was with the service there. They make you feel like you as a shopper, matter. I will be frequenting this store more and the Town East store less. You all have WON my business. Much rather spend my money at a store where people are HAPPY you came there to shop.Great job guys!!!Makes me wanna be part of this TEAM.

Gotta love this place, employees Dont ask me Everytime I see one if they can help me find something which is wonderful to me, cuz I do very limited shopping there and know where dang near everything is, but if I dont, I can stop any employee from doing something and whatever it is Im asking about they know not only what Im talking about but exactly where it is, and rather than just tell me, they take me right to it every time and are happy to help me. Only complaint is they no longer carry the eastwing tomahawk and dont have any sheet metal hammers. An increased amount of tools for sheet metal workers would be nice since the supply houses are closed when sheetmetal workers are off work.

Tried to buy an echo weed eater that was locked up on a chain none of the employees knew the code for the lock and just trying to get anyone to help was almost impossible. Tried for 45 minutes finally just left. Do not go here. Horrible

Home Depot is very fantastic.no one will regret going there. Everything you need is there. I raise my hat for the company.

Tryed to return parts I bought with no reset. They would not give me store credit. I dont understand. I bought the things over a year or so. Payed with debit card. The cashier was very nice though.

Love this place and hate it at the same time😏 I mean.. if Im here... Something either broke, busted, leak detected or flat out died... So needless to say... Huge appliances suck to replace... But at least I have Home Depot close to my house for all my do it myself projects, or home repairs. Large selection and reasonable on prices.

Wow. What an unusually weird Home Depot. Ive never seen a layout like this store has. In Fasteners they are overstocked on some while many common and necessary bolts or washers are just not sold there?!? And a large Automotive section?#!?

It seems the employees dont know too much about paint... Especially mixing paint colors... I recommend the Mesquite location...

The greeter was great!!! She showed me exactly what I wanted and where to go. She advised me to get the app and showed it to me. I just now got it. Got a double-action spring hinge. It was $20+, my mom could only get one for now. Shell get the other one next month. I thought that the package had two for its price, but I was wrong. Still a good place.

It was packed when we arrived at home depot. The workers that were on the floor were nice and helpful. And the cashier was very nice and fast. I would recommend this location to my family and friends. Thank you for your awesome service. Would visit this location in the future.

One of the worst shopping experiences ever!!! Went in to have some tubing cut that they sell by the foot. No one would cut it. One young lady tried to help. She found a leftover piece that was a bit long for what I needed. She had no way to put a price on it. Went to customer service and was ignored. Left it in the middle of the isle and went somewhere else. Very bad business practices.

I love it! At Home Depot, l find everything l need and more. The salespersons are readily available and their suggestions are on point. I never leave dissatisfied.

The worst one to come to!!!Use extra gas and time to go to one that the employees actually help and work. I was in the mist of asking a lady for help and before I could even finish my sentence she freaking yelling, I’m calling someone and continued to push her basket and walk on.Their were a group of employees just standing at the customer service are just chatting it up not a care in the world.I received one young mans attention and he acknowledged me from a far and let me know he was calling someone.After he called he called someone he and a group of employees walked past and continued on their conversation.I’ve stood here for 30 mins in the aisle I needed help with and MANY employees have walked past in doing nothing but walking around.This is unacceptable

No one knows!!! They had a pergola in clearance and after waiting for them about 30 to 40 min manager said is not for sale.... because is not in the inventory.....??? But the clearance signs still there

Theres never help around the departments and theres nothing on shelf even after the website shows that there is sum in store

This Home Depot location was such a horrible experience for me. I have been to other Home Depot locations and my experience was awesome. This location is chaotic, unorganized, and there are never cashiers to check you out. Customer service here sucks! I wpuld rather travel further for a good experience.#SoDisappointed!

Probably the worst Home Depot I have been to ever. The parking lot is terribly dirty with trash. Also the workers were not very familiar with the products.

I wouldnt trust the tool service department with the time of day.My tool came back worse than when I took it in for service and the manager didnt want to do anything about it.

Elam store in Dallas.Horrible customer service, no carts in the entire store, trim materials are not well organized, couldnt get any help and when I called to talk with the manager a woman, Angela, claiming to be a manager hung up on me for no reason except that I asked her what type of manager was her area.Then 3 messages to the real manager with no response...

As per usual. Good prices but the employees dont care. Ive been to Home Depots all over the states and this store runs neck to neck with the store in Detroit, yeah only 1 store. The store in South LA...trash. all trash with horrible customer service and employees that dont want to work. Smh.

As usual its always busy. But thats a good thing for business. Normally its a decent experience. But the only thing that actually bothered me was when you go and ask an employee for some help in locating something and she makes herself seem like she is so focused in her phone. But what botheres me the most was that when we asked for some help she points to a direction and says over there. I say okay we know that but where on that wall! My husband just stared at her like are you serious. I asked her can you show us and of course shes looking for it but at the last minute she finds it. Thats just one thing about customer service in some of these stores. Dont just point and say over there! Anyhow other than that it was ok.

Products was there that I needed. Had to find my self.

Walk in, walk out service. Can always find help.

I do not think there are supposed to be a hundred people in line to check out.

I can spend hours in Home Depot. I find what l need and the salespersons have a plethora of ideas to help your vision for creating a finished product come true, for whatever you are trying to accomplish at home or at your business establishment.

Out of what we needed. The home depot need major restructuring. The shelves are horrible, things just throw in. No one knows where anything is. If inventory shows they have what youre wanting, no one can find it. They need an all out inventory count.

Know what your going for and if you so happen to ask for help be ready to get a run around situation.. this place is a joke!

Pickup order was fast! I placed an order while waiting for a Kohls pickup. My order (single item) was ready in less than 30 mins AND the person that delivered it to my car was cheerful & pleasant.

Try not to visit this place is very disorganized terrible customer service.

This one has young employers so they move really fast!

I went in for some drywall supplies. I need a sheetrock. One sheet. Which is good because 80% was damaged. It was a mess. I dont frequent The Balch Springs Home Depot often because its usually trashy. They really need to clean up their act. I usually go to Mesquite.

After arriving at the fifth Home Depot I finally found this simply 12x1.25 metric nut. Not mad though, they had it.Heck. it is a popular bolt. i Imagine it could receive a few likes on Facebook.

I love this Home Depot! They always have the most recent deals and the Milwaukee rep is awesome and he’s at the store everyday! I even got a deal before it was released!

A lot of the young people there need to be trained, they dont know to help the customers, most of them are not polite, dont know to say good morning, thanks, and that kind of things make the customer feel good in the place. Actually, I waited on customer service 1 hour for my internet order that I bought 1 day before because the guys didnt know were it was. I love to buy on home depot. But this one need to improve the treatment to the customer
