I always shop at Target for all my needs. I bought these less than two weeks ago (expiration date has not passed) and for some reason they are already moldy. Super disappointed.

I walked in and with only one person in line in front of me it was a breeze to get in and out. I did not have to touch any carts or touch pads for credit cards and it went by nice and smooth. great experience with my first pick up order.

Target has most everything I need. The in-store shopping, contactless shopping options are a big plus for customers. It shows effort to serve all customers.

Ozzy one of the supervisors at Baldwin Park Target was exceptional and went beyond the call of duty. I am thoroughly impressed and my faith is restored because of this young man. Let me begin I was at the Duarte store which is 13 miles away and was told that the Listerine (original flavor) was available and there was 13 bottles. When I got arrived at Baldwin Park store there was not one bottle. Ozzy did a search and found that the Puente Target had a few bottles. He phoned them and we waited 15 minutes before they answered and they refused to do a store check. He asked for a supervisor they told him that there was not one available and he insisted to speak to a store director and they hung up the phone. He was professional, compassionate and went beyond...in todays culture it is very difficult to get good quality customer service. My faith in good people is restored because of Ozzy. He needs to lead employees in customer service skill set. As a former employee of Bank of America...I understand the importance of quality. With a grocery section in addition to all that Target has to offer, this can be your one-stop shop for everything you might need! Prices can be a little more competitive with other similar establishments, instead of higher than the competition. I guess youre paying for the atmosphere! 😁

So i tried talking to this Target manager. No help. So i guess FOX 11 news it is.. Employees are hiding all Millennium Falcon Legos So they can resell on Amazon and EBay.. So much verbal evidence too. No wonder theirs no stuff for kids or collectors. Targets app said theirs enough. But you go And theirs none. I wonder why?

My local target. Always sleek, clean, and overall well organized. I usually find that most other targets will have a shortage of staff working to keep the store running smoothly, but this one seems to have enough.Staff are friendly and chill. All the price scanners at the end of the aisle s work. A Starbucks inside the store. Great competitive prices. What more can you ask for?

Please do not go to RAUL( target manager) who was walking up and down with his shopping cart. Tried to get his assistance with a product and he said there is 2 somewhere around the floor. If you are planning to list the product then you should be able to find it. Apparently he is a manager, but looks like this manager cant solve a product problem. Maybe he is not fit for a manager if he cannot locate a product that clearly says 2 on his mobile target device. Next time, instead of walking around the floor, he should go in the back to look to see if he can find the product because saying I dont have the ability to walk around just looking for your one product is unacceptable.

Hey if they wont answer the phone they do not have to hear any COMPLAINTS . DISGUSTING STAFF AND HR is inaccessible.

Any other target store yes but specifically the baldwin park location, i would never recommend anyone to go there. i hate going to that location because i always have issues with them that i wouldnt have with any other target. i only go there because i dont have a car.

This review is for Target not for this location. I went into the Target Baldwin Park store today 12/20/2020 in the electronics dept and spoke with a store associate. I asked him to help me use the Target.com website because it said item available for pick up only but no where I could find where to check out or add to cart. Employee said for me to do it online. I showed on my phone and told him Im online and cant do it. He said store associates are not trained how to use the website and Target has nothing to do with the website. I couldnt believe it. I asked him again: so they didnt show you how to do these transactions and target store is not affiliated with target.com? He said no. I told him that I would be writing to corporate about this. Target is not being transparent with the customer. Who are we buying merchandise from? Is my cc information not protected if I buy online with them? The website is not save. Just be careful when you enter your info. Ive never had an issue with the actual store! The store is clean and they have average customer service. The toy dept could be better stocked/ usually has many empty shelves, but I guess it just means lots of parents shop for toys there too just like me.

I came here today to return the sweater but the staff told me it cant be returned because it has no tag and was worn. But Im sure I havent worn it before. Service attitude is bad. Targets policy states that an item can be returned without a tag, but if you have a receipt.

Thank you target employees for being so helpful. I couldn’t find what I was looking for in the store and the employee helped me track its location down. Even grabbed a Starbucks while I was shopping and Ernesto Was so nice and helpful

I wanted to share my experience I spoke to zulma customer service representative. who was the worst customer service experience ever .she was more fit to work at Macdonald’s across the street frying fires than she was fit for the current role . How ever after reporting her to MARIBLE cust service manager she was honestly kind attentive and extremely helpful it was a turn around experience I would return to the store because of her professionalism and accountability I see bright future for her we’re ever she goes. thank you for being part of the solution and setting service expectations for all targets thankful for your help !

Went to buy some Funko that they had, and they had a few that I needed for my collection. Oh bit WAIT, the girl at self checkout said only ONE funko, and I had the four that I needed. Only Target that this has ever happened, other Targets had no limit, were trying to collect here, but whatever. If the worker girl ever sees this, go to hell. Wish you all the bad luck in the world.

Not the cleanest Target Ive been to, the surrounding area also has a lot of vagrants and homeless. The store associates are helpful and friendly and the Starbucks area is updated and modern.Restrooms were a 2/5 and could have used a remodel and cleaning.

Worst experience ever. I asked for a price on an item that I found that was no longer in stock and was rudely told by the closing store manager Diego that he wasnt able to find it. Then I asked if he can get me a price because I really wanted to purchase the item. He proceeded to go on the Amazon website and tried to sell it to me at their sites price. Im sorry but it was overpriced about double from retail. I cant believe how un professional he was. Im in retail myself and I would never be able to follow those types of procedures or ever treat a customer that way.

The staff at the store was great. They were able to guide me and were very nice at the register. However the lines were very long. It seems as they need more employees, so more registers can open. Also more products on the shelves. I would of probably spent more but they didn’t have enough merchandise displayed.

I always love coming to target and more commonly I shop in person but when I’m in a hurry I’ll do it online but pick up the same day at my local target. It’s perfect because my items are waiting for me and I don’t have to wait in the lines. It’s vwey convenient when you’re in a rush or trying to avoid long lines during the holiday season.

The reason i had to do store pick up was because I needed the items ordered for my twin nephews Birthday Party. Online Shipping said delivery was going to be on Friday & it was Saturday and the items had not arrived so I had to repurchase both items and had to go to 2 different target stores 20 miles apart to the store to pick the repurchased items. Items purchased online did Not arrive on Friday as promised but instead arrived today Tuesday- 4 days after the promised date of which I now have to go back to the store and return the items bought originally. Moral of the story if need items close to an event date best to go to store and buy them. I no longer trust online shipping promises.

Because of the fast and friendly service target is the best place to shop.

Pedro in the Electronics dept was very helpful and went to the stock room 3 times to get me what I was looking for on my trip. Not once did he look annoyed or irritated by me. I used to work retail, so I know how annoying some guests can be. If he was annoyed, he hid it really well! I will definetely seek him out if I need help in this department again. He knows his stuff and has great people skills.

I truly Love this store. What beautiful products they have a Grand Selection of wonderful things to purchase. The store is always clean and the staff is always around to help you. You dont have to go looking for someone to help you. they are always near by.

Always stocked, self check out is quick and easy. Only suggestion is to possibly get more security patrolling because of all the homeless that hang out in the parking lot.

Customer Service here is horrible. Even the managers who work at the customer service are clueless of their own policy (with the exception of this 1 guy who is very mellow and helpful). They always act like a smart ass when requesting for a price match. As if you are there to steal their products! It clearly said on their policy that they price match competitor prices and even their own website! Hate shopping at this location, but it just so happened it’s very convenient for me, since this is the closest TARGET from my house. Comparison wise the BEST shopping experience I get is at their Covina location. Their customer service there are very helpful and always willing to help, compared to this Baldwin Park location.Do yourself a BIG Favor, if you have a choice to going and shopping at another TARGET location aside from this one, you may just skip this place if you don’t want to get your day ruin!

Because they ask for Id inside store pick up when kt clearly states only for alternative person. and for drive up pick up they only ask for bar code. Why is that?

This was my 3rd trip to this store to replace a modem. The associate while seeming knowledgeable sold me a modem I cannot use, again. Will find another store to shop.

Store could be a little cleaner and they need more people working but the staff is friendly and helpful

On line ordering is becoming popular, almost all big stores are doing it and a lot of people is also using it. But when you have a very slow and inefficient Guest Services this becoming a frustrating experience. I had to go 3 times on 3 different days to pick up my order, today the line to get help was so long and there was only 2 persons helping people and those persons are really slow. You have to change this system or will be a big fail instead of a helping tool

The pick up time is so fast and he/she will let you check if your items are correct.

Its nice and clean, and its never too packed. Except during the holidays it can get a little full. But, its manageable.

Store prices usually fit my budget. I havent noticed any price gouging on the items that I purchase.
