Not too many costumes left, or accessories fast service friendly staff they just didnt have what I needed

I was looking around for Costumes in October and was being helped by a very sweet young lady. I came back to buy some Christmas stuff and the same young lady helped me find what I wanted. Thanks Wendy for being so helpful.

Its closing. Great place to get candy to hold for Halloween, its all half off. Check out costumes as well. They dont fill balloons though.

Its definitely a party city

When i went it was 2 min. before they closed and i had to run to the entrance just to be greeted by the rude manager saying that the store was closed but there was still time. I went in to get a red lipstick thinking it would be pigmented but NO I WAS WRONG IT IS JUST LIKE TINTED CHAPSTICK NOT EVEN RED and i smells like wax and not even the good kind.

Horrible customer service there were literally 4 workers 3 shoppers and i had to wait 20 min. In line to pick up my order. This was BS! Then I had to wait to get my order. Ugh so annoying.

Its cool, they have soo many different themes and props. You cant go wrong if youre looking for that missing piece for your party. So many different things to choose from. Would recommend for party planners.

I love this store, local and organized. I been coming to this store for years and two of the ladies in charge that been at the store for years have always been rude. Place is busy enough to get extra help instead of being stressed and unhappy.

Very bad experience long lines employees not paying attention and giving alot of attitude.

It is truly a one shop for all party supplies that you will need... Made it easy for customers to shop for a whole bunch of small toys for little kids birthday party.

For all that they store and show items for sale...you would think it would be a mess. On the contrary, its in very good organized and clean oh fun too. Thank you Party City!!!

I dont know about any other day but today was an absolute mess. They were restocking with boxes all over and shelfs were empty in some parts of the store. The employees were helpful though. Only reason for the 2 stars

Store was a mess. They had boxes stacked up in the aisles so it was very hard to maneuver around the store. Also, it was only one person working the registers. There were other employees in the store but they didnt come to help get the line down. Customer service wasnt great either. Tolerable but not great.

Even though their webiste says theyll inflate outside balloons, they denied to inflate mine... This is misleading as they should be following the companys official policy. I ended up buying 6 ballons (each at 1.50!) and three of them popped the moment I got out of the store. Awful products and customer service.

It had a great selection of party supplies you wont find elsewhere...we came here for party favors for a grand daughters birthday.

If u cant find it anywhere, u might be able to find it here. Shares the parking lot with Target, Office Max, Foods for less, etc. Always can find parking.

The party City in Baldwin Park was unorganized...I went looking for wrapping paper and the employees had blocked right in front of all the gift wrap...and no one to help...Im not sure if I want to go back there again
