I like the different size storage. My unit was a perfect fit for my things. Great security measures.

Ive had a space in this location for 5 years. The place is clean and well maintained. The price is commensurate with what is out there on the market. The price increases are usually reasonable, and the 1 time it seemed excessive I called and it was adjusted. Just had to take a second space and it was accomplished in a 2 minute phone call with a super INTRODUCTORY RATE. Yes I realize it is a teaser rate not to last the years I will keep this space. No I have no relation to self storage only a satisfied customer.

I have to start with saying that the employees here in the Baldwin place are nothing less than AMAZING and extremely helpful!!! But to me the smart cube storage gets negative 10 stars and 10 thumbs down for NOT appreciating loyal customers as myself... first things first I’ve had a unit at this place for over 15 years... I started with a outside unit (10x20 or alittle bigger) where I was paying over $350 a month faithfully for a couple years till hurricane sandy hit and I lost everything WITHOUT putting a claim in... Since then till now I’ve had a inside unit that also pays a few hundred a month... even through the whole pandemic I’ve always paid my unit on time, not that this place has ever offered any consideration but to top it off my rate was recently increased over $30 a month, like wow.... and no I’m not petty but I feel that considering the timing and the fact that I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years, this increase was like spit to the face...

Amazing storage facility. The staff has been a pleasure to deal with, extremely inviting and accommodating to your storage needs. Rates are rare competitive with other storage facilities in the area, but you definitely get more than your moneys worth.

It was so easy to make the reservation online, all I had to do was come in and move my stuff. I did opt to pay in person and the gentlemen who helped me was friendly, showed me to my assigned space and explained everything thoroughly. I also appreciated the SWAG items, hand sanitizer spray and magnet clips.

If I could give negative stars I wouldCubeSmart is way over priced. They start you on a reasonable monthly rate and slowly inch up in the price. And don’t remove your stuff mid billing cycle, they do not refund partial monthA total rip-off

My experience at CubeSmart in Baldwin on Atlantic Avenue was the best experience I met a young lady by the name of Keisha who helped me out there and she did great job with helping me I think she’s the best I would like everybody to go see Keisha if you need storage or extra space

When I first rented Inwas told there would be wifi. It os apart of the rental package. Now Istroage owns the place and wont give the paying customers access to wifi. How cheap can you be?

The store manager Keisha and a supervisor named Carlos. Were the most professional, courtesy, and kind people who always provided excellent customer service!!!!! .....

I left a text message and in appropriately 15 or 20 a rep called. Helped me out and gave me advice. Thats the quickest respond I ever had.

Very easy to access. The moving dollys are everywhere for easy access. There are security cameras so your things are safe.

Pretty good space and the process was streamlined. The only issue I have was the smell inside was like a fume. It was bothering me and wearing a mask only made it worse.

Customer service was excellent. I dealt with Tisha and she was great. Very informative and knowledgeable. Pleasant attitude. I never expected to find such great service at a storage facility. I will definitely use this Cube Smart for my storage needs and I will make sure all of my friends and family know where to go when they need storage.

Ive been a customer of CubeSmart when they were safeguard storage, at first I thought it would be a travesty when CubeSmart took over and I would lose my rate, great customer service etc... However, that isnt true! Carlo and Tisha both still work here and continue to give me and everyone that walks through the door GREAT customer service. In all honesty, I dont feel like a customer and all they want is my business, they treat me with respect. They offer water when Im in and out carrying my gear, they even check in on how my family is doing. Not many companies have people who care. Anyway, I would recommend CubeSmart to everyone!

The building is exceptionally well kept and clean all the time 24/7/365 The amazing super friendly staff is magnificent Carlo and Tisha are always there to cater to your utmost needs. The rates are very competitive. Highly recommend this facility the best of the best and cannot be beat by any of the competition.

My experience with the staff was pleasant & informative. They explained things thoroughly. And by just telling them what i wanted to store, they were able to tell me what size I needed. From the tour to the paperwork they were spot on.

Cube Smart is lucky to have Tisha and Carlo managing their Baldwin location. They are professional and friendly. We were relieved when they sent us an alert when we failed to lock our unit properly. We are pleased to be dealing with two great people.

My boyfriend rented an unit a couple of months ago, but before he decided on a unit the manager explained in detail what unit would best for him. She was very helpful and I would highly recommend this facility.

Omg! The customer service in this location is beyond expectations. Carlo and Keisha truly understands that Great Service is at the discretion of the customer and they excel at it. This team will move mountain if necessary to ensure your needs are met. I am wowed everyday I set foot in that location. I am sold.

Wish I could give 0. Horrible company. Run!!! Find somewhere else to store your things. They raise prices constantly without notice. And will happily auction your belongings. They do NOT work with their customers! Ps. Dont believe the replies on here they dont really help anyone! They just dont like bad reviews! !!!

I don’t know about customer service. No one is ever there when I go. They keep raising the rent all the time. I rented less than a year ago at $121 and now I’m paying $154. With no warning or explanation. Other places are a lot cheaper.
