The cusrom chocolates were the finishing touch to a perfect night. AND they were assorted authentic Hershey Minis so there was something for everyone. No offense brand here! My Aunties 80th birthday became a night to remember. The chocolates with custom wrappers were a PERFECT favor for our Iconic Victorias Chanel themed milestone party. Thank you! I ordered personalized ribbons online from this shop. When I called to inquire about the status of my purchase, the person who answered the phone was so helpful and kind. I picked up my order in person, and I again received good customer service and expedient service. Will do business again!

Very unprofessional. We rented tables and chairs and had a party on a Saturday. We paid them to come pick them up the next day since the party was at someone’s backyard, we wanted to make sure his place was clean the next day. They never showed up. We called and no answer. Monday same thing. The owner of the house asked us when was the pick up and we assured it was the next day since we paid for the services. They showed up on Tuesday, 2 days later. Nobody called and and say that they would be a delay for the pick up. Plus they still kept the money that we paid for it. So on Tuesday they just showed up to the person’s house with no notice and time frame and open the door. Just because you rented chairs to a location doesn’t mean that you can have access to that location at any time of the day to get them back. Someone should be notified to wait for you and open for you because it is not your property. When we contacted the owner, he replied ‘I thought it was fine to pick up’. 2 days later with no notification!!! Smh 🤦‍♀️ I wouldn’t recommend this company. As a customer, you want to receive good customer service and be treated with respect. They are rude, unprofessional with no manners.

Would not recommend. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. They are money hungry and will rip you off. Very bad overall experience. I get stores have rules, but they need to tell you them. They hope you don’t read the fine writing. That is very sneaky. I returned their equipment which can and will be used on other parties. They NEVER told me I needed to return the next day. If they would of told me I needed to return the next day I absolutely would not have agreed to that. My deposit should of been given back. Seriously next day return regardless is obnoxious. Tell your customers and be honest!! I am not the first that has had this problem that posted and I am sure there were many more ppl that just didn’t give a review. It’s all good. Be aware. Have fun with your $50, you just lost a lot more than that!!!!!!Good point!!!More the reason to give the deposit back, being it was a school event!! I am on the PTA and do this for the kids to raise money for special programs. You basically took $50 from an elementary school.

My daughter and I we’re extremely satisfied and happy with the decorations and attention to detail the staff gave us.Do not listen to a few negative reviews, instead, see for yourself like I did. Small, friendly, cozy, family owned party store recommended by a friend to place my daughters heels in a balloon for her sweet 16 ceremony. Very unique inexpensive idea. I skipped other retailers and purchased more items here since they were African American owned. Will def return and recommend although tho there about 20 miles away from me.

Wonderful. Living n Baldwin for 21 yrs and didnt know it was there. Passed by it sooo many times and never noticed it. Ran n2 a woman n the liquor store who said shes been using Brat Shack for 15 yrs. Liquor store owner over heard us talking and inquired stating customers has asked him if he knew of a party store. Had everything I needed plus more. Highly recommended. Going back 2morrow and will get cards 4 liquor store owner. I should get a discount...right?? :)

I have used the Brat Shack for my parties for the last 6 years and highly recommend. It is family owned and operated, has great customer service, unique decorations and they always go above and beyond expectations. They threw in freebies with all my orders and for a small fee they set up the decorations at my party. With the Brat Shack, I could relax because they take care of everything ♡

Recently had a very unpleasant experience with the staff here, I made an honest mistake and they were so rude and unwilling to help. My baby was sick and I had to take her to the hospital and all they cared about was making me pay MORE money. They had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to re-order everything as if I wanted to give them any more of my cash. I was so happy with them last year, the gentlemen that works there is really understanding, i had a similar mishap for my baby shower last year and he was extremely accomdating. They did a total 180 from my previous experience, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone after my experience this past week. The staff needs a major attitude adjustment.

The Brat Schack is awesome!!!!! they did balloons, favors and candelabra for my daughters sweet sixteen in Oceanside two weeks ago they were on point. Everything was done perfectly, delivered timely and affordable I would DEFINITELY recommend them for any event!

THIS PEOPLE ARE STEALING MONEY by performing lack of communication. I rented a chair for my babyshower and nobody told I was supposed to returned the next day otherwise I would loss my refund, so when I came to drop it off they didnt gave me the refund in my card and I explained her that nobody told me when to returned or that they were able to go and pick it up at my house. To provide good services to your customers the key is communication. Ask questions if your planning on renting anything from this places !!

My go-to place for my party planning needs. I rented a chair for my baby shower and it was done beautifully. They also made a beautiful cake topper for my sons baptism. They have hard to find favor and capia items as well. Excellent customer service and always willing to give advice when you want to DIY.

The guy is not all that bad but his nasty wife has no business dealing with the public. She is a filthy dirty mouth sub-human that should not even be working in the back. Keep her in the basement.
