I went into Dobbs on Manchester and needed a tire plugged on a brand new truck...the manager Mike Cunningham took care of me...said it would be a short wait. I am from Columbia mo and came into Dobbs this morning with car issues. They fit me right in, ran a diagnostic test and figured out what was wrong. The entire time being honest about pricing. I appreciated the courtesy of employees, cleanliness of their waiting room,timely fixing my vehicle and staff wearing masks.

The manager Mike got me in and out for my state inspections in great time. Started a discussion on Facebook regarding the state of inspections in the area and a lot of other shops responded making excuses and even getting a little hostile about how busy things are and they have little time to do emissions testing. Mike jumped in and without bashing any shops, professionally shared his thoughts on the situation then offered to get my inspection done. I do most my own mechanical work but Ill certainly be coming back here for my inspections and other stuff I may not have time to do myself.

I came here to get my car serviced after my check engine light came on. Turns out a family of rodents had made a home around the engine of my car. Ryan was so helpful in making sure he addressed every issue so that my car was safe to drive. The service I received was great and I will continue to take my car to this location!

When me and my daughter broke down, two other places wanted to charge us outrageous prices and they couldnt even have it done by closing time. I simply needed a new hose for my radiator and some coolant. Dobbs took us right away even though they were close to closing. They were so kind my tire was also a bit low, so when I asked if they could check it he already checked all 4. With all that they still did not overcharge me or exaggerate the price. They did me a solid. I am very thankful I had them to rely on and do such a great job in an unexpected situation. They were awesome. Thank you guys!

I went to the Dobbs on Marchester and had my fan motor fixed, new battery, new head light, and transmission fluids changed. I was VERY PLEASED with the service and knowledge and quality of the job.I received a complimentary lift to and from the job which I needed. I was especially pleased with Mike and Glen. The Ballwin location of Dobbs was able to do a safety inspection, oil change and tire rotation all while we waited in right about an hour. Our vehicle needed new brakes and that only took an additional hour or so as well. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely return to this location.

I ordered tires day before with an appt for following. Got an immediate call to confirm. All charges confirmed and what they check for and recommend. Appt took about an hour from start to finish for two tires. They did exactly what they promised for the price quoted and it was a great experience at a lower price than competitors. That brought me in- if that changed I would not have been happy like if they only had a different tire. But they were great and Ill be going back.

I just needed an oil change but three other locations were too busy to fit me in due to a time restraint I had later in the evening. At the Manchester Rd. Location in Ballwin they were able to get my car in for a oil change and had me out of there with plenty of time to spare. I definitely recommend Dobbs for fast, friendly, and first rate service!

My car wasn’t starting like normal, so I wanted to bring it in before it became a bigger issue. I dropped it off in the morning without an appointment and they called a couple hours later with the diagnosis...bad ignition switch. The bill for the whole thing wasn’t small, but it’s a 12 yo car so I was ready for it.

I brought in my 98 honda civic to have them do a courtesy check and let me know which tires needed new brake pads, turned out my front two tires not only needed that but were also froze up which I was not expecting so obviously it was going to cost me more out of pocket. The wonderful thing about this experience is Ryan that works there not only offered the dobbs credit card to pay it monthly but he worked with me and took $200 off the total price. My car was in and out of there in very efficient time. Thank you again Ryan and I would definitely recommend this dobbs to all my friends and family

I dropped my vehicle off and picked it up a couple hours later- easy peasy. Mike, who was behind the counter, was very friendly and helpful. After today, I am sure that I will come to this location for my future needs. It’s a little bit further than the closest location to my home, but I don’t mind driving an extra five minutes for great service. Went in for a emissions inspection they called me saying they checked my oil and there was no oil on the dip stick tried to sell me an oil change told me it hadn’t been changed for years according to my last oil change sticker I told them I change my own oil got there and checked it when it was cold it was in the safe zone they will try and scam you for things you don’t need
