They fix my truck in a timely matter and was very professional.

A little rocky start getting a hold of the tech thats actually comes out to the car. But once they got here took maybe an hour to fix. Glad they could do it

Mars2Cars service far exceeded my expectations. I called in about starter issues for my car and gave them a time I would like for them to come. I received a courtesy call from the tech before service and my car was fixed in a timely fashion. Reasonably priced and great service. Thanks again.

False advertising at its best!! Needed a new tire but it had a wheel lock on it, Mars 2 Cars claim they could get it off and within the same day but it’ll be $65 for them to come out. They received the money and sent some guy out who didn’t have the right tools (which we asked about prior) then he stated it’ll cost almost $300 for them to fix it which we had (even though we felt it so was expensive) he then say it wouldn’t be done until the next day! ..Thank god we found another person who came out later that night and got the wheel lock off and put the spare on in 30mins top who only charged $80!! Hopefully you have a better experience than we did.

Called when the hub on my back tire was shot. I was traveling to a tournament for my son. They were polite and quick to come out. Very friendly and talked while waiting for a part. Showed me what was wrong, and what they were doing to fix the issue. Hopefully I won’t need roadside assistance any time in the future, but if I do I would call these guys before anyone else.

They will CHARGE you but as far as FIXING stuff is concerned....... YOU MIGHT BE ON YOUR OWN!!! We called and got mars2cars to come fix a problem with our truck or so we thought. We shouldve just went with the other mobile guys but i was trying to support our own if you know what I mean. They came out and replaced a part but had to come back the next day because they didnt put it on right. They finally put it on but by that time the part (brand new) was not working properly. Mars2cars technician left without even trying to fix or even diagnos the problem. We were back at square one. I had to get it done at a shop but at that point. i had to wait for the part to be replaced from the manufacturer because of the warranty. Look mars2cars these are our work vehicles and personal vehicles please be honest if you dont know how to fix these things. It saves us a lot of time.

Title: I’d much rather throw a car away then call them again.Do not pick these people. The person who sets up the calls is nice then it’s about down hill from there. Your gonna get some jackass light skin dude running around saying “I’m a master mechanic and have other jobs” a complete joke. Would rather pick anyone else. I asked for help and he refused because he “didn’t feel comfortable working with me” “if anything bad happened I seemed like I would have an issue”...I highly recommend you do not choose this company they will not take your job serious at all. Just thought I’d save you guys some time.

These guy came out did my fuel pump and now im back on the road im so happy i called them

The guy took like 2 hours and was on a dating ap while running test. Then tried to charge me $425 for a tune up and and $85 for the test.

I called Mars2Cars to come out and change my breaks. Boy was that a mistake! The guy came and fixed the breaks all right but soon after my wheel came off as I was driving home from work. I tried calling Mars2Cars to get him to pay for damages but he must have blocked me Because I could never get a hold of them again until I used a different number. I realized he was never gonna come back out to see me. Avoid Mars2Cars!! Itll cost you more in the long run.
