This place is my saving grace, pun intended. They worked to help my beat up, crashed car look brand new again in record time and their you buy the parts, well put them on saved me thousands. l couldnt have afforded to fix my car well enough to pass Md. inspection without their help. They treated me like family, worked with me and did an excellent job.I absolutely and highly recommend this place.

This place is terrible they have had my friends car for over a year.They have constantly lied about when it will be ready.At one point they shipped it somewhere for months and now it’s back parked on the street.Never take your car there,they have no idea what they are doing and you will never get it back

Awful Awful Experience! I will never take my car there again. They kept it for a month and a half. I paid almost $6,000.00 and the bumper and taillight are still messed up. After my car came out of that shop it all the sudden needed a new battery, a new Alternator, a new axle and the “Harmonic Balance” with the engine was just conveniently missing 2 pieces. The owner told me on the phone; and I quote: F**ck you and your car” and hung up on me! Anything of value in my car was stolen from this body shop!! The car was driving excellent before I took it to McCrays. Finally when they finished my car I would be driving and it would just shut off! I had to put another $1000.00 into the car. I believe McCray’s caused these problems so I’d bring my car back to them for fixing and they could make more money!!! The owner is unreliable. I’d make appts. With him to fix the problems I had already paid him for and show up and he suggest he’s too busy that day! I’ve never experienced such rude & lousy work on my vehicle. The owner of this shop has some seriously bad karma coming his way. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO McCRAY BODY SHOP!! I’m warning you. However, I also believe this shop took advantage of me in more ways than one!

Boyfriend went to him and had his car for over 2 weeks. Recieved payment ahead of time and couldnt fix the bumper and refused to pay him back knowing he did not do the services. Told him it would be take to long to put the old one back one and fix the damage on the old bumper.

He is the worst auto body person ever he had my car for a month all he had to do was replace a bumper he has been paid by my insurance company and still has yet to start my work I have paid over 1000 dollars in a rental in order to keep driving and as of today he tells me he cant do the job and refuses to give up the money he is unprofessional and I urge everyone to stay away from him he is a RIP off artist I am very disappointed
