I had an excellent experience working with John and his employees. My car is 21 years old and time is doing its damage; Im saving up for a new car so I just wanted this old one to be brought up to safe working condition. They did exactly what I asked for, without adding on all kinds of unnecessary services for extra money. The prices are good, the shop is surprisingly gorgeous among auto repair shops, and the people are wonderful. I fully recommend and will be bringing my car back next time its sickly.(P.S. Been looking for a local shop for many months to have my RAM pickup worked on. Couple of people I know recommend this one. I stopped in and was impressed. Next day they they picked up my truck and had it repaired in a very timely manner as well as a great price. They not only stayed in contact with me while it was in the shop but checked back to see if all was ok after I had got it back. This is awesome customer service which is hard to find. I give John and this shop a big thumbs up and highly recommend them. Matter of fact I’ve already discussed some work I want done to my Chevy Express. We have that in the works now.. I’ve finally found a local shop I really like. Try them you might too. 👍

John is the most honest mechanic in town, been doing business with him for close to 15 years. Fair prices but I say state enough about the honesty. So many mechanics rip off women and the elderly heck and even a lot of men, thank God for guys like John.

John and his team installed a Fox suspension setup for my 4runner. I wanted real mechanics working on my SUV (not aftermarket mod specialists), and these guys were the real deal. 40 minutes out of my way but well worth it. 5 stars isn’t enough for this place. A true hidden GEM. My husband and I stumbled across this place while looking for someone to repair his toy. Not only did they repair it but also advised him to take it back to the dealer to get somethings replaced under the recall that he had no idea there was a recall on it. There pricing is reasonable, the shop is clean and there work is impeccable. Next we sent my sons car there. His car had been sitting for months. We believed it to not be repairable, however we decided to send here just to see. 3 weeks later the car is repaired and runs like new. This is our new favorite mechanic. Highly recommended!

I went to this place to get a inspection (2019 Acura RDX) car failed on 2 minor things which was a windshield wiper for rear window and axle boot was leaking grease. They gave me a reasonable quote and i didn’t have to take my car no other place because they fixed it on the spot the same day. Only needed a clamp for my axle and they had the windshield wiper in stock which by the way most places didn’t carry and if they did it was poor quality but these guys actually had the oem blade that was on my car which i was shocked. Good work on the welding which was a relief because i didn’t have to take my car any where else or find a place who can weld these small holes in my exhaust!

I took my car in to check for suspension work needed but wasnt sure exactly what should be done. They explained the problem to me clearly and gave what seemed like a fair price. Work was completed in a reasonable time and any questions that I had were answered, even though they were busy. Id recommend them and will take my car back in the future if other issues come up.

My wife and I dropped off her 1998 Nissan Altima to John at Olympic and asked if he could return it to safety. The vehicle was in great need. The brake lights didnt go out, there was a banging in the back of the vehicle and I just wanted to know if repairs could save it. We could not afford to pay for a new car payment now. So, we handed her over to John at Olympic. Everything was great from drop off to pick up. Very professional service lot and personnel at Olympic. We are satisfied with the vehicles safety and proformance and most of all no new car payment.Thanks Olympic!!

My car was hit from the driver door to the bumper. I drove a rental to this shop and John immediately offered service. He picked up my car several miles away. The completed work looks good. The doors, bumper and mirror are aligned. The doors open and close without any problems. The side mirror and gas door operate accordingly. A small hole was discovered on the new bumper that will be addressed shortly.

The work done at Olympic Auto and Truck on my 2006 Highlander was excellent. John fixed my completely broken climate control system for a third of what the dealer had quoted by finding a used part what worked well. He was responsive and had my car fixed quickly. I highly recommend this service!

My first experience with Olympic Auto was when I put a new battery in my 2003 Sequoia and my alarm went off and I couldnt get it to stop I(had no idea it was an alarm that was installed on my truck) but John did I called and he told me what to do right over the phone and I knew from that moment that he was my new mechanic. I have been a long time customer of Olympic Auto and have had my cars serviced there for years. John and his staff have has always been helpful and courteous. John also helped me look at used handicap accessible vans for my Dad. He took his time and went with me to look at a van I wanted to buy and made sure it was in good shape before I bought it and made all necessary repairs. I know appreciated that personal touch and would highly recommend their services.

Can’t say enough about my experience at Olympic Auto & Truck Service. After being told by the dealership that my used car that I was transferring from out of state would need $2000 worth of work to pass MD state inspection, I came across Olympic Auto based on their great reviews. I called a couple of other shops who told me they didn’t have availability for a couple days. I then called John at Olympic who said he’d fit me in that afternoon between jobs. He then told me that he could perform the work that my car needed for well under half of what I had been quoted previously. He ordered the parts overnight and made the repairs the next day so that my car would pass inspection and I could get my car registered in MD before the new year. On top of that, his mechanics did the work quickly enough to cut $80 off the price he originally quoted me. Outstanding honest service at a reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back for work here in the future.

Olympic has been my shop for several years now. After so so service from most shops in the city a friend recommended them and I have been using them ever since. I have a 2000 4Runner and they keep it running great! In addition to fast and friendly service they are convenient to just drop my truck off and bike into work. I highly recommend them as an honest and reliable shop with great mechanics.

John the owner is a great business man. He took care of my concerns with a full vehicle inspection and took the time to show me exactly what needed fixing and why. He gave me a fair price and was willing to print out the quote for his estimate so that I could double check. He even threw in a rim for my spare tire and changed out some burnt bulbs free of charge. I will be coming back.

So after a trip to Harris Teeter and using my son`s car. I felt anxiety thinking about the repairs that was needed on my own car. And so while waiting to pick up my grandson from school, bored I reviewed by Harris Teeter receipt to my amazement the back of the receipt showed an ad for Olympic auto service. Hesitant I decided to give them a call. Being female I`m always anxious when having my car serviced, in addition my retirement income was three day away. But after speaking with John I felt reassured. And he towed my vehicle within 20 min. OLYMPIC repaired my car And even fixed things that wasn`t added in the bill. I was so surprised what the results and the cost of everything. Olympic did an OUTSTANDING job. I am grateful for finding an honest mechanic that also shows integrity. And I plan to return if I have any other problems.

Great place! Very affordable with quality work. They are very honest and fair mechanics. They completed multiple repairs on my car, were able to get me same day parts, and the car was finished in less than 24hours. They also called with updates while diagnosing the issues with my car so we were both on the same page with repairs. Highly recommend!

These guys are straight up the best in the city. Superb quality work done FAST and at a very fair price. John takes great care of his customers, and he, Zach, and Dylan are all extremely honest, hard working, and talented. The waiting room is also really nice and a great place to relax or get work done. Ive been bringing my 2017 Impala to Olympic Auto & Truck Service. I have been to several excellent mechanics before. From day one John and his team have been completely honest, and only recommend doing whatever is actually necessary for the car, nothing extra. He saved me hundreds of dollars ( because of his honesty). He is the best of the best, and I most strongly recommend him.

I was stuck in Baltimore because the alternator on my sprinter van failed. The tow truck driver recommended Olympic auto and truck service. So he took me there and John figured out exactly what the problem was pretty quick. Unfortunately it was toward the end of the day and he did not think he could get a new part until Friday. That was on July 2. He was able to get the part actually on July 3 and as the miracles would have it. He installed it and got me back on the road to the west coast yeah the evening of July 3. This was such a blessing of his thoughtfulness and quick work. I highly recommend his service that he can provide for any repair.

I had a radiator problem with my 07 F150. I googled radiator repairs in my zip code. Olympic was the only 5 star shop in my area. Now I know why. They were polite, gave a quick estimate, did the work FAST. I needed some electrical work done so while they had the truck I asked if they could fix several problems. They told me they check it out. In 20 minutes they said they could fix everything at a great price and finish that day!!! John is a good and honest man. My truck is running like new.👍🏻

Incredibly customer-centered and efficient but with no sacrifice in quality. I work nearby and have visited twice for terrifying early morning car noises. One time was nothing but the other time it was my brakes and the team here got them fixed and working same day and now my car is driving better than ever. Cant reccomend them highly enough.

John and his crew are the best! I have been taking my cars there for 15 years now and the service has always been exceptional. I take my car there, my wifes car, and my parents cars as well. I have also referred other family members and friends to take their cars there and they have also had great experiences. The best thing about taking my cars here is that John is HONEST and will never tell you that you need to do something if you dont need it. He takes time to talk with you and explain exactly what is going on with your car so you know exactly what is going on and why the service is being done. It also helps that he has the most competitive pricing around. I have had any kind of service you can think of at his shop. He has also done body work and painting on some of my vehicles such as a Ford Mustang and a Volvo XC90. I highly recommend this one stop shop and will continue to take my vehicles there for a long time to come.

Efficient job but manager and staff do not follow Maryland expanded mask laws which made me feel unsafe in their small office less than six feet apart without masks.

Great service they do really good work here

One of the best mechanic shops I have been to.In brief, I was driving by town when my Jeep would not turn on due to a dead battery. I was serviced by Zach who accurately and quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the battery. Furthermore, Zach went the extra step to test my internal Jeep modules, my 4-WD system, and took it out for a test drive.Very pleased with my experience here and would definitely recommend trying them out for any auto issues.

They are very honest when they say that they can that they can and I love their work and they dont try to over charge they are very reasonable I wouldnt trade them in for the world.

Awesome place . I brought my car in for inspection and they honored the appointment they set and had it done very fast. I didnt feel pressured to do all sorts of crazy repairs it was fair and direct and I would bring my car back again.

Been going to Johns shop the past couple of months and ive found my new go-to mechanic. Theyve fixed my AC, my brakes, installed a new muffler system, and troubleshot other issues. The best part about this shop is the work ethic these guys have. I take my car in and no matter the issue, they always have my car fixed in 1 day if not the same day. For being a delivery driver i always have work for them and its amazing how quick they get the job done. Would leave 6 stars if i could. Highly reccomend!

John and his team did a great job on the wheels and suspension of my Subaru. Despite it being a 100 k mile car, they quoted and delivered only on the items that actually needed work, and the price was fair. The shop is professional and serious with no excess - everyone works on vehicles including the boss. These guys are all business and Ill be back.
