Not a soul in the building has any idea what they are doing. Not even management. No education of parts, and attitude from every employee. You’d have better luck going in and doing their job for them.

This place is a joke, i ask for rear brake pads and they say you want front brakes No ! i want rear brake pads. they sell me pads for which they think will fit the car and i take them home. the box was already opened and they are obviously the wrong application to the car. so i had to drive all the way back there to make things rite. waste of time. waste of money. i didnt even get an apology. this is why i hate coming here. it reeks of incompetence.

Every time I visit here the staff is friendly and helpful. I typically place my orders online and have never experienced any issues. They have altered how they interact with customers post COVID 19 but thats expected.

Looking for a Engine Air Filter, was in stock but Amazon had it nine dollars cheaper.

This is a must share. I had a tough time today with the warranty on my battery with an outside company. Too make a long story short, after 5 hours of my Fathers Day wasted in Carroll Island parking lot, the company finally honored the warranty. This is due mainly to the support and professionalism of Bree and Melissa. These two were phenomenal throughout the process. They were so supportive and accommodating as I went back and forth with the outside company. Bree and Melissa, you ROCK!!!
