I was just in the store and have been there before multiple times at the same register. They know me and still asked for id,& my ID was stolen,and they wouldnt let make my purchase. They can fix this, or lose a customer and Ill let otheds know of my problem at the store and let them know of another store to patronize.

Rude customer service and high prices. My license was rejected for being expired even though Governor Hogan has extended all licenses for 30 days past the expiration of the state of emergency (which has not been lifted). When I tried to explain this to the employee I was rudely cut off.Governor Larry Hogan has ordered an extension​ of all driver’s and business licenses, identification cards, permits (including handicap parking permits) and registrations that expire or are eligible for renewal during the state of emergency. As a result, they will not expire until the 30th day after the state of emergency has been lifted. If the expiration date for your driver’s license or identification card is some time in the future, MDOT MVA is asking you to hold off scheduling an appointment for that service right now. This will allow customers whose products are facing expiration to obtain appointments first.I wont be back.

Very helpful staff. Very good selection of beer, liquor and wine for a small to mid-size store, and though they might not have much of any one thing they are happy to do a special order. Not the cheapest--about 10% more expensive on average than some other stores, but theres a 15% case discount vs 10% at those other stores. Good selection of kosher wine. Nice atmosphere; not a liquor store feel. Easy parking.

Great experience with the staff. They are helpful, friendly, and offer a lot knowledge on their products. They have a good selection. It is true that it is a bit expensive, but not a surprise judging from the quality.

Total Wine let’s you browse the store still even with COVID-19 going on. This place stops you at the front door and asks what you want and they go get it. I’ve also found there prices are about 25% higher than other liquor stores. Probably due to this being a more wealthier area, still it’s a bunch of bs.

Nice little liquor and wine store. I dont drink much so I cant comment on the range of products that they stock. I have one kind of wine that I buy once every few months. I go there, tell the clerk at the front of the store what I want. He or she gets it for me, I pay, and if Im buying a few bottles, they carry it out to my car for me. Its a nice shopping experience.

I find it rather ironic that the owner only respond to 4/5 star ratings. Only viewed one response to a lower rating provided...says a lot regarding customer service and valuing ALL customers, see for yourself...

They denied me service because because my friend came in with me who forgot her ID at home. Let me clarify, many stores uphold the law and dont treat theyre customers with such disrespect. Alternatively, your store was empty, expensive, and had horrible service. Good luck lasting in this economy.😂

Every time I go to this place I buy wine at there wine tastings but I will no longer be attending because I’m noticing that they are racist. Only giving the black peoples not even a tasting but giving all of the white peoples a lot

Very attractive store. Focus is on the higher end brands. When you need to run out and buy a bottle of Slivovitz this is the place. Highly recommended!

Decent but not great selection. Some of the rudest, unhelpful employees around. Never ask if they can help or even say hello. The latest guy who helped me seemed annoyed that I interrupted his conversation with his co-worker. Dont shop here!

One staff member was pleasant and helpful while the other was rude and had a bad attitude. A short older guy at the register, grumpy because I asked him for a receipt. Over priced JamJar at $14 which goes for $9 at total wine. Dont think I will be coming back here.

Great selection, comfortable atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff. There arent quite as many options for spirits as some places, but the wine selection is fantastic and its in a very nice part of town.

Their prices are higher than Total Wine, but everyones is. The employees are friendly, and I like that they have occasional tastings. I can usually find something good in the 15% off discount box at the front of the store.
