I had to wait for whenever they felt like delivering my water. Each month I never knew when it was going to come. They made me feel like I was not a priority customer. They seem to be more than happy to not have my business. I glad you are making that much money.

The customer service here is the absolute worst. I wanted to set up delivery service for my son in the Towson area. My emails were never returned, and my phone calls were never returned. When I was finally able to speak to someone today, a man (owner maybe?) very rudely said that they were short staffed, and would not be able to help me. I called Ready Refresh and had a delivery date set up within minutes, and the woman was very professional and helpful. Do NOT use Blue Mountain if you want good customer service!!

We switched to Blue Mountain Delivery 3 months ago after months of frustration with Ready Refresh. It is so nice to be able to talk to Moshe directly and know that when he says the delivery will come this week we can depend on that. It has been easy to place orders via phone call or email and we have not had to deal with running out of water as we had previously with Ready Refresh.

I couldnt agree more with how good this service is. I also switched from Ready Refresh who couldnt keep to their schedule. If Moshe cant make it on schedule, he texts or calls me and also re-schedules before i run out. Usually the next day.
