Double dipping your bank account! Since our machines were installed with only digital payment systems we are forced to link out banks. Right from the beginning they are double charging accounts but only posting one payment on cards. No communication from them or apartment manager. The first day a washer was out of order for a few weeks after. Apartments why are you using this company?!?! All palm greasing
GREAT SERVICE- I am a property manager for two apartment buildings with over 200 residents so the performance of our washers and dryers is very important to me. Several months ago we changed from coin operated machines to card operated and I am could not be any more please.
I live in Baltimore County and my complex just got the new machines from FMB. Initially when they were put in there were some issues but thanks to Glenn in Customer Service who made a special trip out and met in person with the residents all has been resolved. Glenn was helpful patient and generous with his time. He answered every question and demonstrated how to properly use the machines and how to load money onto our cards and devices.The machines are awesome a genuine improvement over what we had. Special thanks to Glenn and FMB. Great people great company and high quality equipment. 5 stars the most I can give!!!
Excellent customer service! They deal directly with tenant issues and treat everyone like a star! Problems are resolved quickly and I appreciate not having to deal with the problems myself. We have this service at 2 of our properties and soon to be more in the future.
I’ve been living at River House apartments in Arlington for a few years now and been using your laundry And drying machines very often. Lately I’ve been facing one of your employees, a young man, who is always smiling and greeting to me and my husband, (you can tell he is smiling even underneath the mask). Once I caught him cleaning the machines and made me feel very comfortable washing my clothes in. (Thought the building maintenance took care of that) I wish I knew his name and give him credit for that. Thumbs up Fmb laundry
Recently this company installs machines where I live the dryers do not dry the clothes the number that appears there they not answer…
The worst machines ever!!! And they keep putting them in senior buildings! We need someone to speak up for us and stop this madness😠

FMB installed new laundry machines for the condominium association. What set them apart was their provision of new machines, laundry room refresh allowance for re-painting and great customer service. The mobile laundry app. that users can download onto their smart phones and be alerted when a load of clothes is done and also pay for their services on the app was another deciding factor in switching to FMB Laundry.
We were one of there first customers 20 years ago and still use them today. They are very responsive to service calls. The service techs are very polite and professional and are always willing to answer any questions. The washers and dryers are well maintained. We have enjoyed our relationship with them which we plan to continue for many years to come. We cannot recommend them more highly.
At first the machines were great, service was great. Flash foward 4 years, what a joke !! I constantly call about our derelict machines, 5 washers, 5 dryers. Today, February 21, 2020 we have 2 washers and 2 dryers, Sadly that is our norm. I call and call to no avail. I speak to Glen alot, he basically called me a liar, saying If I find out that what your telling me isnt true I will never refund your money again. How pathetic, as if I sit around and think of a ways to get 10 bucks for no good reason.I have called the better business bureau because Im so tired of the smoke being blown up my butt. I suggest that everyone do that, they must be held accountable .
FMB does a great job with the laundry equipment at our properties. They respond promptly to any service requests and get it resolved. They also provide up-to-date equipment and card value machines in our laundry rooms. They are a vendor that I have and would recommend to others.

I work for Habitat America, Annapolis, MD, and manage over 80 laundry contracts that are with FMB. We have a 10+ year relationship with them. The residents love the machines and their prompt repair service, particularly our seniors. They provide training and free scoops to our residents. The contracts are always renewed. Charlie McCurdy, President, is easy to work with, flexible and quickly responds to my requests for new contracts or specs for developers even if he is on vacation outside of the country!
I have been using FMB laundry for several years. I own and operate eight high end assisted living facilities in Bethesda and McLean. Before we found FMB we suffered with weeks of broken equipment, lugging dirty laundry from house to house, waiting for parts to arrive and technicians to install them. It was a nightmare.Once we found FMB, our laundry problems were solved, There customer service has been responsive and fast. Parts are on hand, technicians are knowledgeable and speedy. Prices are competitive I highly recommend FMB Laundry and their extended warranty contract!!!

My experience: This “company” is a complete joke. Equipment is antiquated and poorly maintained, and customer service is nonexistent. Hint: Just hiring a person to answer the phone with no ability to assist customers is NOT sufficient.

In SW DC, they never come out when you report a problem. In our building, the machines stink and the dryers are contaminated with cigarette smells and body odor from the inadequate washing. Bad performance.
Because all machine smell nasty and does not work good and they never resolve the problem
I had a difficult time finding a company to so much as return my phone call while I was looking for machines to reopen a laundry room in a small apartment complex. FMB Laundry got back to me right away, answered all of my questions and had install ready withing a week.
