I absolutely love love love Eyes On the Plaza! The staff there is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The place is very clean. The variety of eye glass styles is amazing. After coming from a bad experience with an eye glass company around the corner from this place, I decided to stop in when I saw the store as I was driving. I went in and they were very welcoming. There was no long periods of waiting. They follow the cdc COVID guidelines, and I was able to receive an eye exam, pick out and purchase my eyeglasses all within an hour. I recommend this place to anyone who wants top quality service. Excellent staff!!

I highly recommend Eyes On The Plaza for your optical needs. The staff is is friendly, yet professional and really care that you leave satisfied. The optometrist was funny and put me at ease during my exam. Tee and Kia were just as excited as I was about my frames. They truly treat you with courtesy and like youre family. This will be my eye doctor for life!

The staff and the doctor were very nice the place was clean and pandemic safe the big problem I had with them is that one of the workers took my insurance card billed me incorrectly and I had to pay money out of my pocket $75 to be exact when I was not supposed to pay for anything with my insurance I had a $150 allowance for lenses exam and frames so as we speak I had to report them ‼️an investigation to get my money back that I paid out-of-pocket with the insurance company against them so if you were paying with your insurance card I highly recommend that you let them know upfront how much everything is going to cost you because they will talk you out of money right there on the spot and that wasn’t right‼️

I love there customer service. The frames are for hood rich people. The frames seem cheap and very expensive. They dont have a good selection of frames at all. They always have good customer service even when you get the free pair of frames. The conversion just seems to slow down when you not buying for cheap designer. The doctor is nice. I would return because of the good customer service.

I walked into Eyes on the Plaza thinking that I wasn’t gonna be able to get any glasses 👓 or they wasn’t going to accept my insurance boy was I wrong now I’ve been going to all the big name eye clinics and there selections of glasses 👓 sucked!!! After walking into eyes on the plaza I don’t and won’t go anywhere else from the variety of glasses 👓 to the awesome 👏🏽 customer service the ladies even help you in making the best decision I’ve only been once but I tell you this me and my children will only be visiting them🤞🏾

I went into Eyes on the Plaza to look for a new pair of glasses. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted so pleasantly and the 2 ladies that work there assisted me with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ever had! Ive been wearing glasses for over 30 years and I must admit, they have the best variety of designer frames! I immediately was fitted and purchased a pair. Since then, Ive been back several times to purchase 3 more pair. If you looking for frames that are drop dead gorgeous and unique, this is the place to go!

The staff were really helpful I was even able to get an appointment on the same day. The doctor there is super funny and graduated from UMD, College Park!! Same as me! 😂 THEY ARE AMAZINGLY GOOD 😌.

Listen, when I called around looking for an appt, these ladies WERE ON IT. They got me one 4 days later (6 WEEKS EARLIER than anywhere else), processed my insurance, and had me in and out in 35 minutes. Yes, including exam, AND LENS SELECTION. And they listened to every concern I had and only offered me products I NEEDED. They didnt try to sell me a bunch of features I had no use for just to upcharge me. They even showed me a feature of my insurance I didnt know I had and saved me money. This place was the easiest eye appt Ive ever had.

Manager & her assistant are professional & friendly, soon as you walk in. They listen to your needs, take time with you when selecting your frames & give their honest opinion when you ask. I received a call once glasses was ready.I purchased prescription sunglasses & I love how they turned out . They have a nice selection of frames!!! Thanks a million!! OMGOSH!!!! THE FRAMES HERE ARE AMAZING!!!! YOU WILL NEVER SEE ANYTHING LIKE THESE AT AFFORDABLE PRICES ANYWHERE! Ms T was soo patient and worked with me for over 2 hour while I tried on about 100 frames! Her expertise and testimonials helped me to find the perfect pair! I cant wait until they arrive!

So first this office space is VERY CLEAN and welcoming. Tanisha and her assistant Special K ( Ive nick-named her)🤗 are EXTREMELY professional, courteous and warm. Not mention funny, you will smile and get honest opinions as well as honest service. Ive already sent 5 ppl to them. Dr Klein is sooooo nice and makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything. Trust me you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! You guys are the BEST! DR Klein ...you lucked up and got 2 jewels!!

Everyone here was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I went in there to get an eye exam for my 8 year old and the doctor was very pleasant and handled her with care. The staff was just as pleasant. I would recommend this location to anyone

I had some frames for a few years and needed to update my prescription. I took them to Eyes On The Plaza. They were able to pop out the old lenses and did a fantastic job updating my frames with the new prescription. I would definitely recommend them for all your eye care needs.

Ive been to several different eyeglass locations this one here I must say they got it goin on every pair of glasses that I want it they had them in stock and I was looking for a special Harley-Davidson glasses and they found them for me and now Im waiting for them to come in with my new prescription in them

I always drove by this place during my work commute, so when I was finally looking into finding a new eye doctor, this place was easily recognizable. The reviews I read on Google and Yelp had nothing but good things to say about Eyes on the Plaza, and for good reason!The staff I interacted with were very nice and incredibly helpful! Tanisha and Kia were the employees I interacted with most. I was seen by Dr. Klein and my exam took only about 20 minutes. Having moved from out of state, I was so used to waiting a long time to see my old eye doctor and I remember my exams taking much longer (pre-COVID). Due to COVID, I have been very hesitant about making any unnecessary doctors appointments, but all the staff are wearing masks and you are required to immediately put hand sanitizer (which is provided) when you enter.I have never been really good at picking out frames for my glasses. Looking for new frames is always so exciting, but I never know where to begin and the process always takes awhile, even if I do bring a friend or family member with me to help. When picking out a frame that definitely didnt suit me, Kia said, Put that down! and jumped in to help me out. She showed me several options after asking me a few questions, and I settled on a frame I loved in record time! She had only met me once a week ago, but when I walked in to pick up my frames today, she recognized me immediately and went to grab my glasses.My point is, Eyes on the Plaza is a small but wonderful establishment with a great selection of stylish frames and the nicest team of staff.

The hours vary, the door says 6p but theyre gone by 5p exactly. I have been trying to get my glasses for a week now. And I work until 5p so thats obviously inconvenient for me

Dont ever buy from this place. Called to find out a detail about prescription on glasses bought there. Eyes on The Plaza Response: that will cost you $20 to find out. Outrageous!
