I have gone here a couple of times and the people working there are always so nice and polite and helpful and i feel like they genuinely care. Awesome products!! I used to do the aromatherpy shower gel from bath and body works which was lavender scent.. and now use sleepy soap. The difference is huge. Sleepy soap you can still smell it on your skin hours after your shower unlike bath and body works.Nice to try their different products

I was nervous to go to the store in person because of COVID-19. However, I had been recommended the shampoo and conditioner bars they offer (and I recently found out the shampoo I’ve been using for years apparently has formaldehyde in it). The people here were so helpful, answered all of my questions, and made the shopping experience safe. Now I know what to order online while we continue social distancing. Thank you!

This lush is so cute and organized! It’s so aesthetic and the COVID practices put in place make me feel super safe! The employee Alicia was so nice and super patient with me and my mom! I rarely leave reviews but the service was so good I had too!

Im 8 months pregnant and BREAKING OUT cause of hormones, I met a woman names Alisha at lush and he really REALLY helped find stuff to help my skin, not only that she made the experience a FUN one, she also slipped in a free massage bard to help with stech marks. I really couldnt thank her enough, she made me feel special and I was just a customer, but the attention and kindness she showed me, is somthing Ill never forget. It was so sweet and Im so thankful kful

Drove to this store, paid money to park only to be greeted at the door with a table in front of the main door. The salesperson said she was putting inventory away and would need to get the items I wanted. I didn’t know what I wanted specifically, except that I wanted a mask, so I wasn’t able to purchase anything. Why is putting away inventory more important than a customer’s experience? Annoyed.

Very welcoming store! Plenty of items to choose from and simples. Love lush products and store members. Very helpful. This store is a bit small,but never to busy.

After several unhelpful/unfriendly interactions at a nearby clothing store in the area (no affiliation with Lush), my 3 year old and I strolled into Lush today. Both employees were BEYOND helpful and sweet to both my daughter and myself. They gave me tips and suggestions and even made it a point to speak to my daughter and keep her entertained while I was checking out. Such a great experience. And obviously their products are amazing.

I stopped in here with tonight after getting ice cream with my 5 year old son. The staff was so lovely, encouraging my son to pick out a bath bomb to help demo. He was totally entertained!!They must have heard my son mention he wanted to buy something for his twin brother, because we were thrilled to find TWO very generous surprises in the bag when we got back to the hotel. This made our stressful day so much happier! I’ll be sure to stop back in next time we are in town. :)

Stopped in after a spa day at The Four Seasons. It smells like a confectionery - sweet and yummy! The ladies who work there were super helpful and I made out with a few samples.

Cant say enough good things about this Lush! The wonderful girl, Brittany, helped my boyfriend & I find everything, and was so sweet and accommodating. She recommended things based on what I had told her I already owned & loved from Lush, and she nailed every product I went home with! They were all amazing! She was the kindest, most attentive sales associate I have ever encountered and she even gave us some free samples of things to try! That girl deserves an award for customer service and a raise! Excellent shopping experience!!!

On 8/8/2017 my girlfriend and I went into lush for a few things we both love and always get. The blue bar soap smells so great and the powdered deodorant is great to leave in your car. The lady who helped us showed us from great stuff Im adding to my list. Toothy tabs are also a great thing to always have with you. Thanks so much to the lady who helped us! Sleepy lotion is now my girlfriends favorite.

Always a pleasure! As you walk in, your greeted with goodness of scents and colorful options to sniff and try and indulge. Smiles and conversations are included (for free :-)) Parking is not the easiest to find, but, worth the visit when you arrive.

Great customer service

Most Lushes in the Baltimore area sell relatively the same products and the prices are somewhat reasonable. The staff is quick to ask if you need help.Be warned, there are many colliding scents and can cause nausea quite quickly. (I usually bring a tall black coffee and sugar packets in my pocket so when I go, I can regain my sense of smell using the strong scent of black coffee, and when I leave, dumping my sugar in and being able to drink it.)

This place has a lot of nice products for different skin types. The sales rep was very knowledgeable. I brought a few products and will update the review once Ive used them for a bit.UPDATE: The facial cleanser I bought to reduce redness in the face aggravated skin condition and made it worse. This happens with new products all the time so I wouldnt blame them for it. The bath bombs were the bomb and I absolutely l LOVED the toothpaste tablets. Easy to stick in my purse with a toothbrush. I highly recommend this place.

Fighting Animal testing, what could be better?! Love these products, they last a long time and work great. The soak n float is my favorite shampoo bar from here for itch scalp..works like a miracle

Love the smell from across the street. The products have a lasting smell and life/shelf life. I bought a cheese looking lemon grass co-wash about 3 weeks ago for my powder room and the smell is still lingering through my 1st floor. Wish they made candles

LUSH products make excellent gifts for anyone you know that might enjoy some fun bath bombs or handmade soaps. Their artisanal style says things like all-natural, edgey, creative, fair trade. You could know nothing about them, walk in the front door, and get it right away. Their staff have always been super friendly and helpful. I think theyre required to have a minimum amount of tattoos and piercings. If they never test on animals, how do we know their products are safe? I feel like Im not a part of their target market, but the soap smells good. Great job marketing department 👍

The people working here are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. They give samples of things so you dont have to splurge before youre sure you like something (like pricey moisterizer). Everything smells amazing!

Biggest lush store in Maryland. All the employees were helpful and nice. Only complaint is a lot of the testers we really old. Example lotion was hardened at the top.

I have been to a lot of Lush stores; a few in NYC, Cherry Hill, Atlantic City, Dublin, Manchester ... this was my first visit to the Aliceanna location and these were the pushiest salesgirls I have ever encountered at a Lush. While you usually get excellent and friendly customer service coupled with genuine help and guidance, these girls did nothing but blatantly sell, were not friendly and were dismissive to customers who were not spending a ton of money.I will not be returning to this location.

I just read this about LUCH and I’m freaking out!!!83 LUSH PRODUCTS CONTAIN PARABENS. As you can see just by reading the ingredient lists, many Lush products contain questionable ingredients that have been banned or restricted in other countries. Lush products need harsh preservatives (like parabens) because their products are mostly made of water.The Ugly Truth About Lush — BEAUTY LIES ...

Hospitality was horrible

As with most Lush locations this was no different in regards to how amazingly friendly the staff were and how accommodating they can be. However, this location is a stand alone which was delightfully surprising bc most are located in a mall location.
