Truly the best snowballs, marshmallow, and customer service in Baltimore!

They are so polite and there are tons of flavors. They never slack on syrup or toppings. Best shack in town.

In my opinion this is the best snowball place in East Baltimore they I have tried. My daughter who use to love a stand located in Parkville has now switched to One Sweet Moment.

Love this place! Me and my boyfriend been twice already! I tried Bahama Mamas and Cake Batter so far! Ive been eating Egg Custard of course but I tried it with marshmallow. I never did marshmallow on a snowball before and omg its good! Glad I tried it! So if you never been there, gooooo!

When my oldest daughter turned 3 years old it became our summer routine to walk to get snowballs from this place. However, we moved from Baltimore almost 10 years ago. We returned this summer and my youngest daughters wanted a really good snowball and Google search suggested this one. I didn’t realize that this was the same place from years ago and when I arrived all the great memories of this place and their snowballs came rushing back to me. I am amazed and happy to see that after all of these years they still serve the best snowballs in Baltimore city.

Best Snowballs in Baltimore, hands down! Been coming here since it was formerly known as Billys Snowballs. Recently drove there from Ellicott City because nothing else compares! You wont be disappointed!There is nowhere to sit and enjoy your snowball though. Former picnic tables have been removed, so people eat in their cars, but you wont mind a bit once you taste it :)

Crushed Ice, Shaved Ice. Alot of flavors to choose from. They also have diet flavors🤤 Yes theyve spearmint, I couldnt find spearmint anywhere but they have it here😁

You have to wait too long for a cup of crushed ice and flavor. In addition its in a very bad location. No parking. They should find a better location to accommodate their customers and hire some help to keep the line moving. Its too hot to be waiting over 25minutes in the heat for a snowball and have to pay for parking or risk getting towed. The customers are too loyal to the owners who take their money and dont seem to care.

Love the little snowballs here. Sometimes there can be a bit of a line since theyre pretty popular. Tons of flavors to choose from, shaved and crushed ice..Jack Sparrow is my flavor recommendation 😊

I am totally obsessed with snowballs from One Sweet Moment. Their shaved ice is a bit denser than others I have tried, more like finely ground ice crystals that dont melt too fast, allowing you to enjoy the actual snowball and not end up drinking it like those from other shaved ice stands. They have well over 150 flavors/combinations to choose from but so far my favorites are black cherry, blackberry and egg custard and I usually get the Hersheys french vanilla ice cream added to the bottom of my snowball (it brings back memories of my childhood trips to the snowball stand on Walther Blvd. with my grandmother) but their marshmallow is also delicious. Parking can be tricky and the line long at times but they move very quickly and their system of giving you a numbered ticket when you pay for your purchases keeps things moving smoothly, the longest I have ever waited from start to finish is under 10 minutes - and trust me when I tell you it is worth every second.

THey gave me a snowball with marshmallow on topcoat they was falling down the whole cup I had to deal with being sticky everywhere made a mess the whole cup was cover in marshmallow and chocolate

I love this place I am satisfied everytime I go there.

Usually the ice is shaved, it was clearly crushed. The person making the snowballs was also very sloppy and I had to ask for napkins. Not a great visit this time around.

Everytime I went has always been a great experience. ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with OSM besides trying to decide on your flavor lol
