Ive been a customer of this dive shop ever since receiving my open water certification a few years ago. Being new to the sport, I appreciated their input when selecting my new gear. These days, its easy to purchase gear online, BUT there is no substitute for working with an experienced local dive shop that can provide after the sale service. Mike & Sultan are passionate & knowledgeable divers, always eager to offer assistance and share their experiences.

Can’t recommend these guys enough! Great shop, great owners and staff. Everyone at the shop is beyond helpful and knowledgeable and they make learning to dive and continuing to dive safe and fun. Mike, Sultaan, Chaz, Jeff, Pablo, John and Steve are the best! Whether you’re interested in learning to dive, continuing your education, need gear or gear serviced, looking for fun dive trips, or just feeling like part of the family, these are your guys. They’ve been my go to for anything diving related and I can’t recommend a better shop :)

We just returned from an amazing dive trip to Cozumel with Divers Den! The owners, dive masters & staff are top notch!! Whether youre a novice diver or more experienced, everyone is always willing to help & give great advice. We obtained our drift dive & boat dive certifications on our trip. They have a number of upcoming trips planned so check them out & sign up. Its so great to go with a group of wonderful divers & friends!! If you need any certifications they do it all with plenty of patience & expertise!! Highly recommend!!

The crew at Divers den were very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I am signed up for lessons and they made everything super easy and took their time explaining everything.

The owner is rude just wants to rip you off. I bought a divers knife and mast cleaning solution for $74.10, the employees in the store when I bought the stuff said they stand bind our stuff. Then I found out I didn’t need the items and tried to return the stuff the next day only to be told they have a no return store policy. I felt very miss lead and will never shop they again.Bottom Line: Don’t shop at Divers Den they are not to be trusted. For your diving needs use Sea Colony Aqua Sports they are very nice and they have a very reasonable return policy.

This dive shop is the best! They have a good selection of dive gear, their staff is professional, friendly and courteous and most of all... knowledgeable. They take the time to talk with you, answer any of your questions and give you any information you could possibly need. This dive shop is run the way a dive shop should be. These guys at this place are awesome!

Stopped by for Nitrox fills on a couple of tanks and a din tank dust plug. Excellent service as always. Getting ready to do a florida dive trip with this shop.

If you are thinking about learning to scuba dive Divers Den is the place to go. I really cannot say enough positive things about the instructors and dive master who helped me through the training. Divers Den offers everything anyone could want in a dive shop. Experienced instructors, full service dive shop, and equipment sales/rentals. My GF and I decided to get our SCUBA certification, and Divers Den was able to accommodate our abnormal schedule and tight time frame. Instructor Ian, along with the support instructors couldnt have done a better job. They strive for maximum safety and education, while keeping the material in a very friendly and fun atmosphere. Divers Den has earned two new customers and cant be recommended highly enough. 6/5 stars!

Type of place that reminds you the customer is what matters.

I havent had a better dive shop to take classes or go on trips with locally. They carry a high-end as well as a mid grade gear to suit everyone as well as specifics bcds for women.

The owners could care less about you - they just want to take your money - lots of money. Had an $800 gift certificate and 2 all new dive packages my dad got my fiance and I to get certified. We couldnt find the gift certificate - but had the receipt (rung up BY the owner) - we even printed out the credit card statement just to be safe (because the owner said he would honor the receipt) .... well he lied and didnt honor it.He understood how much we were spending this year getting married and he couldnt even give us a break or meet us half way - it wasnt enough that we had two unopened, untouched FULL dive packages... and no empathy whatsoever.went to YORK DIVERS in PA- best decision i made. The owner heard my story and even she felt bad and gave me a sympathy discount because she saw how badly we wanted to get certified... and we had all our books already! York was way more affordable and they truly care about their students. We just got certified yesterday :)

I have been shopping at Diver’s Den for a few years now and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. When I couldn’t get confirmation of my warranty for my regs and gear I purchased they were there to help. I even received a call back confirmation that they found my information. It’s that kind of care about their customers that will keep me coming back.

I just finished the first part of my Open Water Certification. It was a great course. My instructors have a hundred years of collective dive experience. Where else will you find that? They take diving and diving safety seriously, yet they make sure you will have fun in training. Although it was group instruction, the instructors tailored the instruction to each students particular needs. They made a point of getting to know each of us personally. I will be continuing my training with them, and even though I am a big internet user, I plan to support their store where I know I will get good advice, great personal service, and very competitive prices.

If you really want to learn how to dive to survive Divers Den is a no brainer. Not only will they teach you the basics but have a wide array of courses you can take to become more proficient in many disciplines. The instructors are patient, knowledgable, friendly and hard workers. My dive shop for life!!! See you in the water!!!!!R. Shell Sr.
