I brought in a 15 hp motor to have the bearings replaced. The windings were poor so Jerry recommended a replacement motor. Lange Electric provided me with a replacement motor off the shelf. I picked up the new motor and installed it and the new motor would not work. Needless to say after working all day to get a facility up and running I was not happy.I contacted Lange Electric and explailned all that I did to try to get the motor to work. Lange Electric was very nice and offered to send down a service truck to check and make sure that I wired the motor correctly. I was surprised that they were so helpful. When they arrived two hours later I was blown away at the outstanding service.Wait, it gets better. After checking my wiring and verfying that the motor was indeed defective. Brian and Scott pulled the 15hp motor and returned the next day with a new motor. When Brian pulled the motor he left the pulley on and when they returned with the replacement motor it had a new replacement pulley. I asked Jerry to send me a couple of belts as well. When I questioned them about paying for all the service and the extra parts they refused payment and apoligized for the inconvience they had caused me.This is old time courtesy, with high standards of politeness and customer service. They are a great group of individuals that are always looking to give you the best possible solution for your problem. I have a special motor that would have costed the customer over $2000 and when I showed it to then they gave me an alternative that saved the customer $1500. That is a miraculous amount and I only had to wait 30 minutes for them to adjust the new motor that I purchased from them. Great and intelligent people.
