Very helpful folks! I represent an oddity of their customers: I brought in 2 UPS batteries. Most of their customers have a truck load or more that they are having recycled. All the same, after some confusion I was able to drop the batteries off and everyone was very nice (if a bit confused). 😁

I forgot my charger, and Min charged my computer for free, and spent over an hour with me looking at the computer to see if it needed any maintenance before concluding that it was fine and refusing to accept payment. Incredible service.

Very unprofessional. Called to ask for detailed specifications which were missing from website product listing. Instead of getting answers to my question or receiving a quote, I was asked, How much would you be willing to pay for that? and told No, I dont think I want to take the time to look that up.
