I attended the first Black Girl Yoga meet up and loved it! The location is nice and roomy in what feels like a safe space. I had taken a class with one of the instructors at a different location, so I was somewhat familiar with one of them. Both were very warm and welcoming. I love that we spent a little time getting to know each other before and after the practice. The lead instructor provided options for all levels making the class very inclusive. Cant wait until the next one!

I walked into Che Yoga about six months ago and I was hooked. As someone new to yoga i thought i wouldnt be able to keep up, that thought was quickly diminished. The instructor was patient and made me feel at home right away. I would strongly suggest this class.

Ms. Dea is an amazing instructor. She is really patient and she really works with you. When we started she welcomed everyone which helped make me feel comortable. I just loved everything. Also I havent felt this good in years
