HONESTY!!!! I wanted to sell some of my jewelry becuase I needed some extra cash for a down payment on my new house. Anyways...I went here and I did not have an appointment, however, they took me back right away. Carmen greeted me, took me to their office, and that Russian gentleman was straight forward with me about pricing, testing my diamonds and gold. Got me what he could for my pieces and that was that. Easy, fast, staff was very friendly, and informative. Also located in a very nice spot! FRIENDS forever! Not that yo cracker biatch from another corner.

This place has terrible customer service. I checked the website, and called before I came and both said that they were open until 6pm. I got there around 4:30pm just to learn that they were closed. The owner wouldnt even open the door to explain why. I drove over 30 minutes for nothing. I ended up going to gold rock next door, and I will NEVER be coming to this awful place again. You would think the owner hates money or something. Never again.
